My recent visit to the Verizon store in Montvale, NJ, was exceptional! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They helped me find the perfect phone and plan quickly and explained everything clearly. The service was top-notch, and I left feeling confident in my decision. Highly recommend this store for all your telecommunications needs!

Service and everyone was amazing. Very kind and very quick to get a solution. The only issue I had was when I opened the door to enter, an abhorrent concoction of a rancid smell exited the door with a fury. I could tell there was such a strong residing odor in the building as when I opened the door, there was a heavy draft of reek that tried to sweep me off my feet. As I walked inside and spoke with the representatives, I was fighting the inner urger to vomit from the dangerous sulfuric attack on my nasal cavity. It was like if someone decided to not shower for a month and eat nothing but garlic and Funyuns and then somehow infuse the floor carpeting with that stench. I am sure if a child under 2 years old were to enter, they would not be able to survive. I survived because my friend’s roommate was a man named Keyshawn Mason from Ohio, who would live in his own filth to such a degree where you could see mold growing from his bed. The stench that Keyshawn Mason was able to brew could have been considered a national level threat and not to dissimilar to a nuclear weapon. This Verizon store was pretty damn close to that level of putrid stench. To this Verizon establishment, please add an air freshener or remove the Funyun infused carpeting. Better yet, call the absolutely non-corrupt World Health Organization and let them explore this Verizon store and see if any new virus could be created from the biological warfare happening there.

Had a very positive experience tonight. The store was crowded but Jonathan was a master of customer service and efficiency. As each new customer entered, he greeted them and assessed their needs. He toogled back and forth between me and another customer and was still able to process a phone pick up for yet another customer. Despite the fact that I had to "share" Jonathan with several other customers, I had a new phone in 15 minutes.

Jonathan was very polite and professional, greeting every guest as they entered the store. He is very knowledgeable of all the products and which would be best for me based on what I mostly use my phone for. He took the time to set everything up for me, transfer all my photos and info to my new phone and answer any questions I had. Jonathan is definitely an asset to your business and I would highly recommend him to family and friends. Thank you.

The team here at this Verizon location are wonderful to work with! Andy, Raven, and Zach go above and beyond to ensure every customer coming through here has a positive experience. Highly recommend coming here, they make the experience painless and are straight forward on how plans and promos work without a run around.

Jonathan was absolutely awesome. He was honest about monthly fees and even found a great deal on a watch and explained how trade ins and device dollars would make the payments next to nothing. Highly recommend!!! Best place around!

Jonathan was so knowledgeable and overall a pleasant person. Not only does he have the technological and customer service questions down, but his interpersonal skills are great, as well. He is vested in making sure you are totally satisfied when you walk out of the store.

Jonathan was a pleasure to work with especially after dealing with terrible customer service at Sprint. I never felt like I was being “sold” on unnecessary upgrades and Jonathan even recommended a more cost effective phone option for my husband based on his specific needs. Jared was the absolute best. Professional, helpful, just pleasant to deal with. He did everything to help me. He even stayed late to make sure everything was perfect while helping walk ins and phone call. This is what customer service should be!

We needed to upgrade our iPhones which we'd purchased at the Apple store. I wanted to avoid going back there, always a long process and too crowded for comfort during Covid, so I called RC and spoke to Anthony. He answered all my questions. To be honest, I was not entirely thrilled with the cost of new phones (we needed two) but decided to go ahead anyway. We went over to the store and found Anthony to be very pleasant and professional. The surprise came when he told us that, because we HAD to upgrade due to having only 3G on our old phones, the price of each phone would be substantially reduced. The transaction was pretty quick and totally stress free. Jonathan came in while we were there and was also very helpful. RC will be our go-to Verizon store from now on!

This store is a breath of fresh air. I had spent hours on the phone witn Verizon to try to set my order straight but to no avail. I traveled to both "corporate" and "non-corporate" Verizon stores , but they too could not seem to figure out how fix my accand help me buy a new phone. However, here, things were different. Jonathan, the store manager, stayed well beyond when the store typically closes to straighten out my account and help me buy a new phone. He was super professional and got the job done! I would advise: Do buy your next device online, over the phone, or in any other Verizon store - corporate and non-corporate alike. Come to Russel Cellular! Jonathan will have you fixed, happy and ready to go in no time!

Jonathan & his team were AMAZING! A friend had recommended that we make our purchases from this location and we NEVER had a better Verizon experience, will never go elsewhere. Pleasant, patient & knowledgeable. Just wonderful!

Hello, I would like to Praise and Applaud one of your sales associates. Julia in the Warwick NY store. She was absolutely, caring and understanding. She went above and beyond for myself and my family. At first I thought she was a manager with the way she approached us and her tone of voice. She is very well mannered and all about customer care/service. We all got new phones and I had my in-laws come from other carriers to Verizon. She helped us with the process and took the time for us to understand everything. She understood my frustration about another associate, and stepped in and took charge to make sure everything worked out. She definitely stands out from every other associate. Julia is one of the best sales associates I ever dealt with for Verizon. Everytime I got frustrated she came to the rescue and took of the problems. I can’t thank Julia enough for everything she has done for myself and my family!!! Thank you again Julia

Jonathan the manager is a class act. Tells you exactly what you will pay and will setup your new phone the most efficient way possible to get you in and out. Love my 13 pro max.

I came in with multiple requests, questions and purchases to be made. I thought that this would, inevitably, be a huge ordeal. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Service was impeccable, friendly and both Jonathan and Anthony went above and beyond to address each of my requests. The employees at this location went above and beyond to resolve my issues, procure better plans and services. They not only accommodated my needs but provided inside information about the newest technology.
This is my go to store because every experience I have had there has been met with friendly and patience staff with trusted advice and a great outcome.

Jarred was very knowledgeable about the iPhones we chose. He transferred all of our information and one phone had been dead for over a week. His explanation on the phones we were looking at made the choice a lot easier for my husband and I. I am so glad he was there to help us.
