Amazing staff!! Anju , Judy , Dennis and Caryn always address my issues. Very polite, patient and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain my medications and never rush me. I switched from another CVS because the pharmacy staff just didn’t care. I feel this CVS staff does. Highly recommend. Super fast service.

This store is a little smaller than many other CVS locations, but has all the basics. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Joann at the pharmacy was extremely helpful and went out of her way to call the other pharmacy to expedite my prescription.

Huge selection. Lots of candy, even canned ham from Denmark. Clean.

Linda was the most helpful. Great service

This cvs is the easiest ine to get in and out. The layout and placement is so easy. The pharmacy guys are really kind.
Easy parking. The whole complex has so many things to do.

Very slow checkout.

I am so incredibly disappointed at this CVS' hold time. I swear every time I call its as if no one works there. I usually wait over 20/30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I go through the hold music countless times, not to mention the song basically puts me to sleep. Do better. My time is valuable and as a large corporation I would expect that to be respected. Unbelievable.

I used this pharmacy for several years when I lived in Montvale. Although friendly this location is severely understaffed for what is required of them. Long wait lines to get to the register only to find your prescription not ready when promised. Phone lines that could take ten even 15 minutes to be answered. Often enough my prescriptions could not be completely filled due to shortage. I don't know who is responsible for this constant lack of performance, but it's quite clear they should be terminated.

Not a big fan of this CVS location the store was clean but the store was understocked which is not good and the vibe was weird and the service was ok which is the only reason they get 2 stars

Was there today right before the pharmacy closes between 1:30-2:00 for lunch. I walked up to the pharmacy counter at 1:25 and was met by an extremely rude woman (I thought her name tag said Donna but she later told me her name was Gina after I said I hope I receive a survey request) who said "We're closed for lunch." I replied it's not 1:30 yet. I asked to please allow me to pick up my prescription that I needed and she said no come back at 2:00. I refused to leave and another sweet woman helped me. I do NOT recommend this location and this is not the first time I've experienced rudeness at this store. Stay away at all costs!!

This CVS is the worst. Pharmacy is full of ignorant and rude pharmacist and staff. The front cashier is dumb as hell. He walks around stupidly and has no common sense at all to questions being asked. Going to Westwood from now. Can't deal with nasty and dumb as people.
