Randomly chose this restaurant for lunch on our drive back home and so happy with out pick! Atmosphere was great, waitress was very attentive, and the menu was incredible! So many options to choose from, not even including the salad bar. The salad bar has so many options and a great alternative to the typical appetizer. Prices were acceptable based on the portions and what you’re getting! 100% will be coming again soon.

Stop it!!!! 8oz lobster roll for $30 with a cup of chowder and coleslaw AND a small piece of pumpkin bread!! I am obviously dead, because there is no way heaven gets better than this!!!
The 5 stars above are soo far off what this place should be rated... staff very friendly, helpful, very accomodating... food was ridiculous!!!!! this review is going to be short because this is a place where words can only degrade the quality of the experience we just had.
Thank you ladies for a lunch that blew us away!!!!

Best blueberry beer in the best glass (that you can also buy as a souvenir). All you can eat salad bar option, great lobster roll, and oddly out of this world pumpkin bread! I bought two loaves to take with me home and the foil tins were flagged by TSA 😂 at the airport

My daughter and I try to go here yearly when we go to Kittery and the trading post. I am hearing that they may tear it down that will be a sad day. They have the best salad bar by far. They give you a card to take next door each time to try to win a prize at Pete’s shop.

Great experience here. Came for lunch and ordered "The Vacationland". The lobster roll was LOADED. Probably the best lobster roll I've ever had. Epic salad bar too. Comfortable atmosphere. Seated very quickly, no wait.

A little pricey, but tasty and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff was nice and the salad bar was well stocked. We had the "Live Free or Die" choice on the menu.

Right on the water! Plenty of parking. Clean! The salad bar is fantastic, so many options, toppings, and dressings! Hot dinner rolls, fresh made pumpkin bread. The 3 menus are a bit confusing, but once you ask it makes sense. So many choices! The coconut shrimp it delicious. The onion rings are beer battered and a full onion ring order is enough for a table of 6 people! Clam chowder was smooth and flavorful with chunks of clams and potatoes. The stuffed lobster roll was excellent as well. Even the Mac and cheese was good.

Based on reviews, we tried Warren's Lobster House while on a visit up to the Outlet Mall.
From the outside, it looks exactly like what it is: an honest survivor from the 40's. The kind of restaurant that really hasn't changed much in 70+ years. And it doesn't need to.
Inside, it's all wood paneling and Formica, comfortable dining chairs and a super laid-back atmosphere.
The menu is huge, but everything you'd expect is covered. We had clam chowder, which was creamy and rich with big chunks of clam. The salad bar, which they boast about here, was well-stocked with cold, crisp veggies and a ton of pasta salads, potato salad, all the salad trimmings you can think of, and nice cold dressings. I don't think I'd pay the $15 for the salad bar if I was also planning on having actual food as well, but it's totally worth it if you want two or three plates of good salad! The salad bar is included with many of the meals here.
Which brings me to the seafood: huge portions of flavorful and perfectly- cooked seafood. My wife had a double-stuffed lobster roll that looked like it had more than a pound of lobster meat. My daughter had lobster Mac and cheese, which was delicious-and had humongous pieces of tail and claw meat mixed in. I had the Captain Warren Platter, which had fried whole-belly clams, scallops, haddock, shrimp, and lobster. They were all cooked perfectly, and I have two more meals from my leftovers!
Don't pass this place by. If you are looking for nostalgia and honest, good food, check them out. The prices are more than reasonable as well.

Warren’s presented to me as how you imagine a typical New England lobster house. It had a broad menu of how you’d like to experience lobster- whole, casserole, stuffed or scampi styles( along with other menu offerings of fish, sandwiches etc). Their billboard highlights best salad bar around and it fulfilled our expectations despite our reservations of Covid risk( hand sanitizer right there to use on bar). Our pre-dinner cocktails were to order with bartender Josh’s courteous attentive service. We enjoyed the blueberry chipotle boneless wing appetizer, Live free or die meal and seafood scampi which delighted our taste buds. Our server and others all were smiling and efficient. I drove by Warren’s years ago while in Portsmouth on business and vowed to bring my husband back while vacationing. It took me about 8 years but glad I stuck to my vow. It’s not super fancy but has the New England charm and down-home quality of good food and nice people.

My first visit was in 1996, and I have been a recurrent customer since then. Invited a friend to have dinner at Warren's and now he wants to return.

I loved everything; everything was well worth the price=great value.

The view was a lot more picturesque than my photo can convey.

I'll be honest, the salad bar would've been enough to leave us both satisfied, and that's coming from a man who doesn't consider it a meal if there's no meat. The coleslaw Herr was some of the best I've ever tasted, and definitely the best I've had while here in Maine so far.

My wife ordered three baked tails, and she wouldn't stop raving about the Ritz cracker crumble on to baked on top. So, of course, that's been added to my honey-do list of recipes. I ordered the tail and claws, and she was right about the Ritz by the way. The claws were my favorite part though. They were easy enough to remove from the claws without the cracker. For some context, I have very large hands, and the claw was nearly 3/4 the size of my hand.

If we were locals, then I'd make the salad bar a part of my weekly rotation, and through some lobster in every month or so.

What a great place to relax and have a great seafood dinner. The salad bar is really awesome... So many choices and you can go back countless times. We had the haddock stuffed with lobster and seafood jambalaya both cooked to perfection. The waitstaff is efficient our waitress Nicole was super friendly and provided us with knowledgeable information on the restaurant, the food and the local area. We really enjoyed our time at Warren's... You should go... You will not be disappointed!

Wanted lobster rolls and this place stood up and delivered!!!
Got their baked lobster roll and it was beyond phenomenal. Exactly what I was craving! Their Fried clams were a great addition to my meal and their salad bar is top notch and a reason to check them out on its own. I already can't wait to come back next time I'm up this way!

Great service great and the lobster was simply delicious.
I don't see salad bars very often and theirs is very good, everything very fresh.
They placed us on a window table so even though it was overcast the view was very nice.
We drove from Connecticut for my wife's birthday. It made for a long day but worth every dollar, can't say penny any more.

Memorable atmosphere, food and service! The salad bar was fresh and offered a plethora of great choices. The menu was filled with lots of tasty choices. We had the lobster stuffed haddock, baked lobster mac&cheese, Coconut shrimp with Linguine Alfredo and Butter crushed Baked Haddock. Everything was soooo good. Kelsey, our server, was super personable and wonderful to speak with.

Parking lot was full but we got lucky and found a spot. Had to wait around 45 minutes to be seated but that was to be expected on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30. Got the chicken oscar, dish wasn't huge but it was tasty. Salad bar is a nice touch.
