I had a fantastic experience with Henry (new owner). I bought a brand new moped and he went through everything with me thoroughly. It was the easiest transaction ever! The place was clean and organized. I would recommend to anyone who wants a new moped or needs service. Henry is your guy!!

New Owner (Henry) is fantastic and provides expert service at a fair price. I picked up my moped for the 2024 season after storing it with Port City Mopeds for the winter. It is running incredibly well, and Henry took the time to walk me through everything that he recommended for service before taking it in to storage. Best in the Seacoast!

I would recommend Michael and Port City Mopeds to anyone looking for honest, friendly and reliable service for their scooter. This is my first time taking my Vespa in for service since the business was sold and I was very happy with the result! Michael really took the time to listen to my concerns and provided top-notch service with a fantastic turnaround time. He went out of his way to make sure my scooter was ready to travel with me on my upcoming trip. He gave me recommendations for services to anticipate in the future, but really concentrated on the items that needed to be resolved now. Michael is super knowledgeable, friendly and flexible, which I really appreciated. You'd be hard pressed to find a better scooter shop on the Seacoast!

Mike at Port City Mopeds is professional and efficient at his job. I dropped off my ruckus for just a seasonal tune up, on a Tue night and it was ready for me to pick it up 2 days later. He’s friendly and his pricing is fair. 10/10 recommend him for your scooter needs!

Port City Mopeds has mastered the art of old-fashioned customer service with state of the art offerings. Their prices are surprisingly reasonable, especially given their expert knowledge, incredible patience with novice customers, and post-purchase support that comes with their bikes.

There is no other place to buy or service your scooter on the seacoast. The owner is super nice and has worked hard keeping my 2013 Vespa running like new. He cares about his craft and his customers. First class operation.

Our rental experience with Port City Mopeds was awesome! We rented a 6-seater golf cart for a long weekend and Jordan made the entire experience super easy and affordable. I looked at a bunch of other companies in the area before deciding to rent here and I'm so glad I did. The communication and service were A+!

Steve & Port City Mopeds are fantastic! I called in a panic Saturday morning when I locked my keys (& wallet) in the seat of my Honda Metro scooter. Steve was so helpful in quickly getting the seat unlocked and freeing all my essentials so I didn’t have to miss a beat for the weekend. I’ve also had my scooter serviced here and they were great then as well. 10/10 would recommend!

My boyfriend and I bought scooters here last summer and I am sure glad we did given the rising cost of gas! Steve, the owner, is super helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He has lots of cute models in stock. While he has accessories available like helmets and cleaning products he does not push them on you. I opted to have my scooter housed for the winter and prepped for the summer and it was only $50 a month! So worth it to keep your investment in tip-top shape. I am OBSESSED with riding it! It's so convenient if you work nearby which I do. But most of my miles are put on cruising to the beaches or endless beautiful spots around the seacoast! Go get one! Life is short!

Steve gave quite literally the best service ever. He taught me everything I need to know about my new scooter I was purchasing, and let me do multiple test rides with friend around the block. He also helped me load it into my SUV and tuned the scooter to fit my hilly area where I live. Go to port city mopeds for the best service/scooters in New England!

Quick and attentive service had my scooter back out on the road for the first day of Spring. Mike replaced my worn front tire, and gave me great advice for replacing some cracked fenders. Now if I can just find a sidecar for my dog!

I cannot say enough good things about Steve and Port City Mopeds. We received a moped for a fundraiser that was not running properly. Steve took it in and gave it a complete inspection, fixed the problems, gave the exhaust a coat of paint, and had us on the road in a day...no charge. I would not hesitate a moment to bring my moped or scooter to Steve and Port City Mopeds. Top notch people and service!

Went to the shop for help with my Honda Metropolitan. I am very impressed with their service. Though they don't normally sell parts they were able to get my a tire for my scooter that was a one-off size with no questions and even loaned me the tools to fix it.

When I returned to tool, and knowing I am not currently in the market for a scooter, Steve was more than happy to speak with me about his inventory and benefits to each. I will be back when I am ready to purchase my Segway electric scooter!

My wife and I purchased two Honeystar scooters in June of 2021. The experience was outstanding. This spring my wife's scooter had some start issues and couldn't seem to hold a battery charge. Steve diagnosed and then replaced the carburetor and battery on her unit. Another stress free and pleasant experience. We highly recommend purchasing your new scooter here and visit for expert servicing!!
