A clear neighborhood favorite, Lil’s Cafe did not disappoint! We their classic cruller (St. Patrick’s day edition), everything bagel with cream cheese, and their yogurt parfait with their house made granola. Everything we had was absolutely delicious, including our coffees. Their location is wonderful and it’s just a lovely place to go on a beautiful morning. Highly recommend!

A must destination, and it felt like seeing Oz to Dorothy when she saw it for the first time. There are so many outstanding choices! We had the almond croissants (best anywhere!), tasty maple crullers, and that crazy life changing cruffin. Excellent coffees and outstanding staff. Wow!

This place was jumping!! Line wrapped fully around the counter and out the door! And their food explains why! From their pastries to their pizza everything was so tasty! We also got this sausage with jalapeño and cheddar cheese wrapped in a melt in your mouth croissant! It was so delicious! I ate all my food before thinking of taking a picture because it was that tasty! oh ya, and don’t forget to try one of their house made crullers!

Was living nearby for a few months and went here a handful of times. Consistently good pastries, food and hot drinks. Always something new I wanted to try, but the crullers are hard to pass up. Can’t recommend it enough, just make sure you come early to beat the line!

I came for the famed crullers, stayed for the delicious coffee and pastries! So far, all of the baked goods have been a hit, and I enjoy the large (and changing) selection. The vibe is great, and I can't wait for them to open the outdoor seating when it's warm. This is rapidly becoming my family's favorite Sunday morning spot!

Such a little cute cafe!! My husband and I came here for the first time while we were visiting the area and I'm so glad we came here. I was hesitate when I arrived because the line was so long but it definitely moved fast and efficiently. We ordered a matcha latte, biscuit breakfast sandwich, and avocado toast. The biscuit sandwich was already pre prepared and was handed to us at the register. My husband said it was the best tasting biscuit sandwich he's ever had! My avocado toast was excellent. I loved the little seeds they added on top to add some texture. My matcha was really good quality. Would definitely come back when were are in the area!

The line can be intimidating but the pastries are worth it! We moved close by a few months ago and have been 1-2 times a week since! Our personal favorite are the cruffins, quiche, and avocado toast. Coffee has never really been a hit for us but the baked goods make the trip worth it!

I stopped at Lil’s and grabbed a plain croissant. It was out of this world delicious. Buttery melt in your mouth good.

If I could rate 6 stars I would!! The maple crullers were sensational, and the scruffin and cinnamon roll amazing. They were light like french pastries. Very popular place with excellent outdoor seating and fast service. Well worth the stop so don't miss it. The server was good but not smiling, hence the 4 stars.

I don't talk highly of too many restaurants/cafes but their crullers are hands down THE BEST in New England. Light, fluffy, not too sweet. Perfection in every bite.

The pastries here were to die for!!! They had so many to choose from, we tried the almond croissant, pecan sticky bun & raspberry cruffin. The croissant was our favorite but all were great! The coffee was good, but did lack a little flavor, I had hoped the maple would be a little more maple.

We just moved to Kittery and we LOVE Lil’s! It is a hopping place, but everything we have ordered has been divine - it is worth a wait, though the staff is great at keeping the line moving. The bagels are crispy and fluffy and one-of-a-kind, and the crullers are sheer perfection. It’s hard work to limit our visits to one/week!

Local bakery and coffee shop in Kittery, Maine, with some of the freshest and tastiest homemade pastries you will find on the Sea Coast. Whether you opt for a blueberry, cinnamon sugar, maple or an original glazed - make sure to try one of their crullers!

People aren’t exaggerating when they say it might be the best bakery ever. I was floored at how delicious the banana chocolate chip muffin was. My wife had a scone that she loved. Highly recommend this place, although our server was less than friendly.

It's not an exaggeration to say that this is, literally, one of the BEST cafes/bakeries we have EVER been to! Not only is their coffee fantastic, but ALL of their baked goods we tried were spectacularly-made! The croissants rivaled those made my French bakers in Montreal. Their sourdough breads are just perfect, too! But, their absolute best are their crullers. O-M-G! Get 'em...get 'em all...in all flavors!

I have heard about Lil's for over a year and just now decided to make the drive from Boston.... Very happy with my decision. Their famous classic cruller did not disappoint and my pup will be thrilled to learn they have a dog version as well. The parfait was amazing as well.

Lil's cafe is an absolute gem. The place has a lot of character, super bright, lots of art and that bank safe door guarding the collection of vinyl. The food is delicious, fresh and tastes different. It's kind of unique. Great coffee, very nice staff and very hard to decide what to eat!!

Cinnamon crullers are delightfully fluffy and sweet. The chai latte was a little too sweet for my taste, but the breakfast burrito wrap was great.
I was ready to go back here for breakfast every day of our vacation.

Enjoyable experience. I tried a drip coffee ☕ and an Americano and the Winter Spice and Islander Crullers. The Islander Cruller had rum, pineapple 🍍 and coconut 🥥 as ingredients so that caught my attention! Both tasted good! Lil's Cafe bought the Islander's Cafe in New Castle, NH so I had to check this cafe out!
Also home to the Vinyl Vault. Looking through the albums was a blast from the past!
Very friendly service! I dropped my glove and when I went to look for it, a young lady was already searching for the owner. Thanks 👍!
Huge selection of pastries, coffees and espressos. Wifi available. Great window 🪟 view! I've been coming to Kittery since I was a kid.
I really recommend a visit! They said they are increasing the variety while keeping the staff at Islander's Cafe. Thanks 👍!
