Karen is amazing - she checks in with you leading up to and after your travel and ensures you have absolutely everything you need to be prepared for your trip. She helped us plan our honeymoon in Mexico and was like super human level responsive to any questions we had.

Karen does a phenomenal job regarding vacations. She has visited many of the resorts that she recommends. Communication is on point. She can always find something within your budget!

Do not book with this travel agent. I was promised a deposit back through Funjet vacations and I have yet to get a refund from Karen. Reply times are also delayed, waited for more than a few days to get a question answered. 0/10 recommend booking through this travel agency.
