It’s a target. Reasonable prices, wide aisles, good selection. A step up from Walmart.

This is the second time I’ve done a pick up order. This Target always seems to have product in stock. They are fast efficient and accurate. The employees that brought out my orders both times were very personable and pleasant.

Seriously this is TARGET! I don't know about you but I'm a #1 Fan! I can go 3hours straight walking the isles...Yes 3hrs. If you're not a Target Groupie then you didn't notice the Remodeling. Absolutely Gorgeous! 😍

Went to the optical. They were great and friendly. Suggested this new lens and with the new lens I was able to get smaller frames ( haven't had small frames in such a long time).

Target returns have always been fast and easy for me, especially if I used my Red Card, which I always do. I don't even look for my receipt.

I had to exchange a pair of shoes for one of my sons. The service counter had no wait, was very clean and they were extremely polite. Very easy and efficient process for exchanges even when I left the receipt at home. Found what we needed fast(very organized) and had an all around great shopping experience!

Nice selection of items. Target has gotten a little more expensive then they once were. I'm not sure who is their purchaser for women's clothing is but the majority of items are horrible! The fabric is scratchy and styles are reminiscent of the 70s but not the cool stuff of the 70s.

I recently did some shopping up in the New Berlin area, and decided to place a curbside pickup order at Target. The order went through effortlessly, and I received notification of the order being ready in the time stated. The entire process was quick and easy.

I notified Target when I was on my way, and our team member, Laurel, met us in the curbside pickup area. She was very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, and provided a high level of customer service. What a delightful gal!

This location is very clean and not overly crowded or busy. They check out lines are not long either.

A couple days ago my daughter got sick in the school supply section of the store. I looked to find an employee to help us in this messy situation. I was soo greatly appreciative of your kind staff who offered and stepped in so to help. Grabbed us a new cart, offered an ice pack and water (if needed) and the gentleman was even trying to keep my 2 year old busy with friendly conversation. In these kind of moments kindness is so appreciate and I hope the manager of the store reads this. You have some really amazing, attentive and kind staff who made us feel cared for in a crumby situation. I want to thank them for the help and kindness they gave to me and my children. It was so simple but meant so much.

Dedicated nursing room in the fitting rooms! I noticed a sign while changing my son in the bathroom do we went to check it out. They had a large fitting room converted into a nursing/pumping room. There was a comfy chair, lots of plugs for a pump, and tables to put stuff down. Only thing that I would change would be to add a changing table in that space, yes there's one in the bathroom but it would be nice to have one in that nursing area as well. This was so much nicer than nursing in the backseat of my car! Huge shout out to the New Berlin Tagret! I hope more stores follow your lead!

The associate who retrieved my order was amazing. She was courteous, worked quickly, double checked my order with me, and made sure I had everything I needed including a cart to take the items to my car. She really went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent experience.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent service we received from Anthony in the electronics department yesterday. We purchased a Consumer Cellular phone that needed to be activated-etc. He was so knowledgeable and patient as we went through service transfer process. Thanks bunches Anthony!!!

Friendly & attentive staff throughout the store. Easy to find the products we were looking for & easy checkout as well. The store was well kept & clean.

You can get most things at Target! Checkout is great because they have ample self checkout stations but they keep a watchful eye on the lines to make sure they don't get too long and call in extra cashiers if needed.

The Target employees are super friendly and the online ordering is awesome. I have used the drive-up service and the pick-up in store service - both are great, fast and convenient.

Extremely pleased with the new way to order online and to either have it shipped or picked up. I called customer service first to find out what to do, and this guy was extremely helpful, very, very pleasant, patient and very informative. That's the true meaning of excellent customer service, especially during a busy time of year. Very impressed with him as I did call back with additional questions. Very nice guy! This was at the New Berlin WI location.
