Best experience today! I absolutely loathe having to go in and deal with cell phone stuff but Alicia was amazing. So knowledgeable. So patient. So efficient. She told us all the ways we can make our service better and we so appreciate her!

Brittany and Alisha helped me with a phone upgrade on a business account and I cannot compliment them enough on their professionalism and knowledge of the products and account details. Brittany proactively helped us save money on our plan which was exceptional and Alisha was beyond patient with getting my phone transferred and set up. I was expecting the experience to be stressful and it was anything but that. I will only go to this store from now on. Thanks ladies!!

Brittany was amazing! She was very informative and polite. This store has no help and she was dealing with a lot of customers while calm! And Brandon was an amazing guy that came in on his day off just to help out! They are very good at their job! So if anyone decides to go in just be patient they don’t have much help. And remember treat them how you want to be treated!

We went in to get the new iPhone 14. Ed and Brandon were both very helpful and were able to get the job done quickly. They answered all of our questions kindly and really enjoyed talking to them. They both deserve great things.

My quick trip to get a new phone for me and set up the old phone for my daughter ended up taking a lot longer than expected, which put us way past closing time, unfortunately. HOWEVER NOT ONCE did the employee complain. In fact Mr. Anderson was funny and helpful and willing to stay until we were all set. Great customer service in a day and age when that isn't alway the case. Thanks so much!

He looked over my billing, and he talked about several ways to save me Money.
I was made aware that if I traded my Samsung galaxy S8, I could receive a free Galaxy S22!!

That was the best experience I’ve ever had at a new phone company! The manager was extremely helpful and got me my phone watch and AirPods in less than 30 minutes would recommend this location to anyone trying to switch!

I was assisted by Jake when I was in the store last week. Jake was pleasant, funny and very honest about all the options I had opening a new account. After my new service contract was finalized, Jake assured me to stop in anytime if I had any questions or concerns. Thank you Jake!

Jake W was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted me with activation and setup of my new phone and saved me hours. He was friendly and took the time to answer questions and explain everything completely.

I had a complicated issue with adding lines to an existing account. Jake was incredible. It took a few days to fix but he got it done. He even discussed other phone options and with trade ins of old phones-it was an awesome deal. I work Customer Service myself so I can be critical but Jake is truly an assest.

Always a phenomenal experience when I come to this location, no one in there is short of a genius and they are always friendly towards the customers even if they are a bit flustered. Jake (Jacob) was a huge help and I appreciate him getting me back on track with using my new iPhone. Outstanding performance, I appreciate it.
