Ok, Saturday I think it was, the other walgreens had to close, I frantically drove to this walgreens worried, the pharmacist look me in the eye and said "don't worry, I got you sir" and then the pharmacy tech looked and smiled, I went from frantic to calm and they did exactly as they said, they even made sure my medication was available at a 24 hour store in New Berlin in case I couldn't get back in time, these days people just don't do what the pharmacist and tech did, it made my day/week....

I've never had a rude interaction with employees here. Dinged a star because of the wait times at the pharmacy drive thru window, which is likely cause by residents that can't be bothered to call ahead to see if their medication is in stock, so instead they drive up to the window and complain.

The store is always tidy when I go inside, workers do their share of greetings as well.

Pharmacy staff is almost always rude. My wife who is 55 just went in there to get some Allegra D and the lady was incredibly rude, she was treated like she was buying illegal drugs. I try to avoid going here but sometimes Walmart doesn't have what we need unfortunately. If you can avoid patronizing a place that doesn't care about your business, definitely stay away.

The customer service and availability of meds from pharmacy is abysmal. I continue to have to come back several times for my dog's meds as he has epilepsy & they never have it in stock and then he has more episodes than normal because he does not have his med like he should. Things need to improve.

The racist employee with the pink glasses is very unprofessional and lacks manners, respect, and greetings. She needs to learn how to speak to customers. When I was rung up, there was no "hello", "will you be using your Walgreens Savings Card", "would you like to donate?", or no "thank you, have a nice day." Nothing. Just silence.

When she was finished, I said, "thank you." No response back from her. I repeated myself and she goes, "mmhmm".

Then I stepped to the side to see if she would communicate with others. And sure enough, she had the best conversation of her life speaking with another employee about a coworker she has the hots for.

You got to be kidding me.

Samantha the cashier in the front is unbelievably rude. I got some clearance feminine products and they did not ring up as what they were marked on the shelves. I ask her when checking out to take them off after she rung them because they didn’t ring up right, she had an attitude for such a simple task! I worked at Walgreens for over a year and it’s not that big of deal to take something off of a transaction. She rolled her eyes at me countless times. It’s not my fault that your product is not correctly marked. This Muskego Walgreens is needs help.

Terrible customer service. I was told they were out of my prescription, turns out they just did not have in the prescribed dose. Instead of having me call to get the script changed, I was told all Walgreens were out, try a different pharmacy.

After a quick call to my doctor, he called to verify they had other dose that would have worked for me. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service in the pharmacy. The rest of the store is great on customer service, just the pharmacist

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The people working here are incredibly rude. I wish I could say that it is just one person or one experience, but it is every time I go and several different employees. I won't be back.

I don't think it is right that a pharmacy employee talks out load about your medication you are getting and other people sit and can hear. Or they judge what it is your getting and become pretty rude.

The worst experience in my life. Pharmacist was super rude, all the employee were doesn't seem like they willing to work. I wish management takes action.

Pharmacy Techs are rude and disrespectful I will never get my prescription from them again !!!!
