The Mix

Been going to The Mix since the end of December 2022! Kat and Cortney are great! I love the drumming classes! What a great deal-you get a class, a tea, and a shake all for $10! I have also started on my own weight loss and Herbalife journey with Cortney as my coach! (Norm my golden doodle) was able to come in with me for my scan! (He even got a pup cup). I’m down 19.8 pounds in almost 6 weeks. Doing the program exclusively for the past 3 weeks! (9.8 in 3 weeks). I can only say good things about this place and the ladies who run it with a smile!!!

I’ve been going to The Mix for shakes and their workout classes since the summer of 2022. I immediately fell in love with the Cardio Drumming class (as everyone does!) Kat&Cortney keep it so upbeat, they play the trending songs, and throwbacks! More importantly they keep the work out FUN! These classes have absolutely helped me build my conference after losing 100lbs. At the end of our 45 minutes I always think “that’s it, where done?!” Because we don’t want to go home, we just want to keep going, dancing around our yoga balls, laughing and having an amazing time! It’s a great community. When you walk in the door you will feel like you’re at home with a group of good friends!

We took a little stay cation and I needed a little jolt 😂 and we are always looking for fun unique places (that are Instagramable lol) and stopped by @themixmn . It was very cute in there and the woman working was very nice and informative. Being overweight sometimes these nutrition places intimidate me but this place didn’t make me feel bad or awkward. All the drinks we got were wonderful and I definitely feel them! We will be back if in the area! #themix #themixwoodbury #instagramable #caffeine #woodbury

The Mix is a great place to go for delicious (and healthy) teas and shakes with the added bonus of super fun fitness classes offered as well. Never thought I would ever look forward to, or enjoy a workout but these ladies make it so much fun! Great place! Great people!

Where do I start. The shakes & teas are delicious. Kat & Cortney are awesome. The classes are the best though. I absolutely love cardio drumming. I’m so thankful I found the Mix. Please keep doing what you’re doing, because I enjoy coming here so much!!!

One of my favorite places to be! Love the fact that they have fitness classes and evening activities. The most recent was Trivia night and it was so fun. Cardio drumming is my favorite fitness class and butts and guts is a runner up. The shakes and protein coffees are my favorite 😋

The workouts, shakes, and teas are wonderful. Bonus Kat and Courtney are great! They have created a welcoming and super fun environment that makes me look forward to my workouts.

I love this place! Great, fun fitness classes- easily modifiable. Also yummy shakes and the people are amazing! So happy I found it!

Loved the Pound class this morning and the Drinks were amazing. Never felt so good after exercise

I absolutely love the mix! Come here for a quick and easy drinkable meal and get an amazing workout Monday through Saturday!

This place is such a gem! I can’t believe the low prices for such beautiful quality products! Thank you for the delicious aloe shot, tea, and shakes!!! 10/10
