I’m 30 years old & I didn’t realize until today, that you could build your own 6 pack here!!!!! It’s cool that you can choose from all of the different beer/seltzer options that they have in singles!

Hannah is the greatest sample taster of all time. Thank you so much for helping me introduce my friends to *good* tequila.

Ive been in here quite a few times for wine and the selection is always massive and never disappoints.

GREAT place to shop! Great deals and helpful, friendly staff. Buy local...they're worthy of all 5 stars.

Taking another minute to give credit where it is earned and due...
Previously, I posted a candid review of my interaction with -- and resulting impression of -- the corporate side of Total Wine. I don't know if they saw my post, but in direct response to my calls, a supervisor looked into the matter; took immediate action and called and emailed me within a day of my complaint.
This is the kind of experience customers deserve -- and I expect -- when interactions aren't the greatest.
I'm happy to resume my monthly patronage as they've regained my trust.

No joke. Best liquor store I've ever been to. Selection is crazy good, organized well, good descriptions and ratings on select items. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Also, really big selection of non-alcoholic beers, wines, liquor alternatives for the non-drinkers in the family. I always drop by here when I'm back for holidays, etc.

Coming from someone who doesn't have a Total Wine locally, this place is a gem. It was quite busy when we were there, but the staff was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. (Mike and the lady with the cat ears headband, specifically.) We were looking for a handful of things for a trip, found them all and then some. Highly recommend shopping here.

Great selection! I always find what I need. Whether it's Mederia wine or Plum wine.

The best liquor store I have ever been too in my life. Amazing selection of ever kind of craft beer to some of the most expensive wines and liquors out there available. I love this place so much that I have actually developed a slight drinking problem that I need to curb.
So overall if you want to get your drink on and have some free tastings while you shop look no further than Total Wine.

Just had a terrific interaction with the manager named Paul. My delivery had been fumbled a couple of times by Uber eats but he was gracious and offered me a good solution. He even followed up to find an agreeable time to reschedule my delivery. Interactions like this is why I totally dig Total Wine.

We love this Adult Candy Store! We find that their prices are lower than Sam's and Costco's on the products we use. They also carry specialty items that we love.

Great selection and service. And very knowledgeable staff. Wish I had one closer to home.

I typically don't like stopping at bigger stores like this !!
But with the savings with rewards you're crazy not to shop here.

Hello and thank you Brandon and Lisa for your great presentation yesterday. The New World New Wines event was a full success, in my opinion. We had 9 exceptional wines from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. I am glad I was able to attend this event. I think the most surprising wine was the one from Uruguay, they used a super interesting grape to create this special bottle. I would recommend this event to everyone. Suggestion: it would be nice if we could use the money we spent on the ticket to attend this event on any purchase at the store this day.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I've been able to ask about cocktail substitutions, beer recommendations, and wines from less common regions and get great information every time.

Huge selection and great customer service. Stepping into Total Wine, if you're like me, it's going to be overwhelming, luckily they have a very well trained staff that won't make you feel like an idiot when looking for a good wine to pair with whatever you want. Finding someone to help is easy too, I was very impressed! Price is on par with what you'd expect to pay.

Everyone is always so helpful, from being greeted at the door to being stopped in aisles, during checkout and then being thanked as I walk out! I have found some delightful new items, Kilbrin Whiskey, Hoshi Plum Wine Lindeman's Framboise's, and Carmen Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon. Along with finding great prices on old favorites, Stella Black, Stella Rosa, Angry Orchard, Milk and Honey ciders!

The customer service was great. Never had the knowledgeable salesperson in my life

11/11/19 hello hello again, the Elite wine tasting last Friday was a hit!!!! Bill you and your assistant did a really great job. I loved it, it was the best wine tasting i ever had at Total Wine. Congratulations !
P.S. It just would be nice to have a bigger discount on the wines than just 10%. See you next time. Keep it up 👍

Just attended a Hennessy Cognac tasting presented by Meredith Whittier.Very nice presentation by her and her team at Total Wine today. I learned a lot....VSOP ,XO, how to make this famous drink called French 75 and I got a gift from Hennessy at the end 😀is this great or what? Thank You Meredith, you guys did a really great job👌.The Punch Royle was fantastic. Thank you Total wine Woodbury for making this possible,

The employees are ridiculously helpful. They go way above and beyond if you ask them anything. They also do a great job of just letting you wonder if that's what you want to do. Tons of options for just about any type of liquor out there, they also have a large amount of cigars, and all for a good price.

Is there anywhere better than Total Wine? I have not seen anything better. Clean and some of the best prices.
