Frattallone's Hardware & Garden

We bought a fully assembled snowblower on a Friday evening around 5PM prior to a big snow, and they delivered it the SAME evening around 7:30PM. The same blower at Home Depot was $100 more and had to be assembled. We love supporting our local Frattallone's. Thank you for the great customer service.

Very well stocked with something for every season. Helpful staff found the Lodge cast iron cookware. Ball glass jars &lids, but didn't find a box of just inner tops for canning. Surprisingly fun selection of 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles

I went there to get my mower blades sharpened. They charge the same as everyone else but I had my blades back in 10 minutes. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent help, can't beat small hardware stores for service.

While they didn't have what we needed, the associate that helped us told us of a local cabinet hardware place that might have what we needed.

Very good selection of just about anything that you could need for home or garden. Large selection of Big Green Egg and grilling items. Nutrisource Dog food is actually $5 less per bag than our pet store!

A ton of people there to help you out and wait on you. Obviously, a woman in a hardware store always doesn't mean sympatico. I'd still be there 3 days later looking for the screw that I needed in this great, big, lonnnnng isle of 10 million screws!

We really like Frattalones. They are very helpful. They have a great selection of product. We can usually find what we need here.

Great hardware store. Yeah you’re gonna pay a bit more than Home Depot or Menard’s etc. but you’re in and out and the service & selection is excellent.

Employee was so sweet and so helpful throughout the entire experience :) They walked us through everything in the store and did the most to make it a great experience. It was really welcoming and the store has a lot of fun stuff outside of utility! Recommend over any other hardware store around, especially appreciate the employee that helped us today 4/4/22 at 7pm they were the best!!

Cool little store, packed with whatever you need!

Earlier this month, a family member and I made a couple of visits to Frattalone's on the same day and had a great experience. Both times, a knowledgeable and helpful employee named Jocelyn helped us find everything we were looking for and overall provided excellent service. (On our second trip, we sought Jocelyn out because of our experience the first time.) Even during a busy moment with customers, Jocelyn was able to explain which section of a specific aisle I could find what I was looking for.

Aside from the good service, this Frattalone's had a nice selection, reasonable prices, and a great location. My family also had our lawnmower repaired at this location a couple weeks ago- the turnaround between drop-off and pickup was fast and our mower now works well!

I love this store! I'm always greeted in a friendly manner. Staff wants to be helpful. I was talking to my husband about what we needed and a staff person overheard me, and brought us right to the aisle we needed. Staff is knowledgeable and I love how they loaf my car with heavier items.

This place is the best. Their people actually come help you find what you need unlike the big box stores where you never even see an employee, much less get anyone to help you. It's weird, but Ace Hw is a smaller store but they somehow manage to get more hardware that you actually need than the big stores. I had a guy actually walk all around the store to put together the tools I needed. Frattallone's is great.

Terrific staff! Very helpful and customer friendly. They have a lot of product and variety. A little on the spendthrift side but convenient to the area.

This place has everything I need. It has parts for all my appliances, filters I need, even the cat food I use. The staff is super helpful too. I'm not that handy but with their help I've been able to get what I need to get projects done.

I have driven past Frattallone's too many times to count on my way to one of the big stores. No more! The employees were super friendly. Very helpful. And the number of items on hand was amazing. This will now be my FIRST stop for any hardware items I need.

Ace is the place. Great service and you can find almost anything, might not have many options to choose from but in a pinch it's been a life saver, especially when someone has limited mobility, less asiles to get lost in. I almost always ask a employee where what I need is located, if they don't know they work hard to figure it out. And curbside pick up is a great option in a pinch (just make sure you're ordering for pickup and that it's available at the correct location, they can ship it to your local store for free but it won't be same day, so I'd plan ahead. Oh and it's always best to buy local when possible, Ace is one of a few locally owned and operated hardware stores in the state.
