After months of searching for a new vehicle that fit my needs and budget, my search brought me to Ewald Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Ram of Oconomowoc where I had a great experience from start to finish. Brian P and Cat W were friendly, knowledgeable and patient --from scheduling the initial appointment and test drive, to coming back the next day to make the purchase and then the following day for pick up to accommodate my schedule. Finance was great to work with too. They took the time to make sure I got the best rate and they were patient with my questions. The overall process was very smooth and quick. I would recommend this dealership for anyone searching for a new or used car.

My last vehicle was a good one but I got stuck 3 times in the snow and was almost at my allotted lease miles. I needed a safer more functional vehicle.

The management team stayed involved to make sure all aspects of the transaction were executed as agreed upon. The financing team was organized, had tools in place that helped speed the financing and paperwork process up and most importantly was not pushy on the "extras". I just drove into the dealership starting to look for a car but it turned into buying with how amazing my experience was. Brian and Kyle both answered every question that I had while on my test drive, buying my car and afterwards. They treat you as if you are friends instead of a customer. We found our used Gladiator on the lot at Ewald CJDR of Oconomowoc. It was the right color, with the right trim and the right price. We had a great experience working with Jessica. She was down to earth, honest, and fair. The Ewald team worked with us for a fair trade in price on our vehicle and fair sales price on the Gladiator. This was the first purchase we made with Ewald and to be honest, they were better to us than the local CJDR dealership that we have bought our last 6 vehicles from. When the time comes to get another vehicle, we will defiantly contact Jessica and make the one hour journey to Oconomowoc. It is all about how you treat people, and Ewald knows how to do that.

My car decided to take a dive after 208000 miles and I needed a replacement. Checked the online inventory and found one that would meet my needs at a decent price. Made an appointment and took a test drive and negotiated the purchase. Both the sales rep, Dale Thorsen and the finance guy Brent (?) (I'm bad with names) made it easy and one of the fastest car purchases I've ever had in over 55 years of buying vehicles.

Mike Danning was extremely knowledgable when it came to my new car, and walked me through how to use many, if not all of the electrical features that came with it. The finance department was actually a fun experience and helped to make the purchase experience that much more enjoyable. The entire staff helped to make me feel special and that they were focused on me and my good experience rather than just selling me a car. I will certainly be going back to Ewald in the future!
