Got a great truck from a great dealer. Tyler Payne was my salesman who was absolutely helpful. He listened to all my questions and answered them all. He took time to go through the truck with me as it had so many features I was unsure about. "Patches" was outstanding! I would like say thanks the used car manager and the financial guy who was a blast. Ewald has a great crew and they will take of you. Thank you so much. I really love the truck!

We ordered a 2023 z71 Suburban in Nov '22 and took possession of it this past March and we couldn't be happier! Meant to leave this review much sooner, but such is life. We worked with Dan who is awesome, professional, kept us aware of everything going on and made it as smooth a process as possible. We love it and have taken a few road trips since having it and have all been very comfortable for our family of 7. Ewald takes very good care of their customers. We will definitively go back to them when we buy the next vehicle (truck)! Thank you!!

Our car-buying experience at Ewald was fantastic, largely thanks to Brian Parr, our salesperson. Brian's knowledge and personable approach stood out; he included both of us in the conversation. As a woman, this was important to me, as past encounters at other dealerships left me ignored, despite being the primary buyer. Brian treated us as people, not just a sale. He’s someone we could go to a concert with or play pickleball with- a regular guy. When my mom needs a new car, I'll definitely bring her to Ewald to meet Brian, confident he'll treat her with the same respect, and not as an elderly lady. Overall, the process was smooth and pressure-free, and everyone at Ewald, including the service department and courtesy shuttle driver, was fantastic.

Very pleased with my transaction on my new to me 21 duramax! I live in Missouri and flew out to Wisconsin on Friday to pick this truck up. Ken, the salesman, was very upfront and answered every question I had. He also sent me every picture/video I requested. I was very skeptical about making the trip out there because I had been burned once before from a different dealership out of state. Mike and Ken were both very professional and made the transaction very easy. Thanks Ewald team! Maybe Ken can get some new glasses after this review!

We bought a 2023 Chevy traverse today! Michael the salesman was so understand to our situation, took his time, his patience’s was outstanding with the several different cars we looked at and all of the walking. I was set on a telluride and he never pushed or persuaded and I left EXTREMELY IN LOVE AND SATISFIED WITH A TRAVERSE! We never felt rushed, pressured, or persuaded.

Ken was also outstanding. His humor is unheard of in a stressful situation. He made sure we understood everything about our new vehicle and took the time to show us. I will never buy my future cars from anywhere else. Outstanding guys that are helping run an outstanding company! It’s easy to see they pride themselves in their customers and stand behind what they sell.

Had a great experience at Ewald Chev of Oconomowoc. Ken was terrific to work with. He help find me the perfect car. It was also a pleasure to work with Rachel in finance. They made the process of buying a car an easy adventure for me.

I went in to trade in my 2017 Chevy sonic and look at a few new options. I worked with Patrick and had a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and wanted to make sure I found the car that was best for me. Even after buying the car, Patrick was able to answer some questions and make sure I was happy with the new 2023 Trailblazer. This was my first car buying experience and it was all very smooth with no pressure on me to hurry things along or make a quick decision. We recently bought a 2024 Chevy Trax at Ewald. Our salesperson Autumn was truly the most amazing and knowledgeable sales staff we have ever dealt with. She was SO friendly and delightful to work with during our purchase. She took so much time to explain all the features of the vehicle and followed up often to make sure we were pleased with our new car. She made my wife comfortable with all the technology the car has to offer and was willing to offer help after we brought the car home to make sure she continued to feel comfortable using Apple Car play etc..

The service writer in the first position should be moved further to his left as he has a very unfriendly personality. However, the man sitting in the 2nd second seat is warm friendly, making a customer feel appreciated, he volunteers info on work done and informs you of next visit. He can be a little to chatty re his opinions.
The work was done on time, the paperwork was complete,{not all Chevy Dealerships do this). The visitors area was comfortable, clean and customer friendly with food and drink. Thanks.
