Dr Matt and the two veterinary assistants provided our dog, Benny, exceptional, compassionate and professional service. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming greeting. Benny hates getting his nails trimmed and both vet assistants were so patient and careful. Dr Matt provided us information that was easy to understand, established a treatment plan, prescribed medication (that was also brought to the room) and provided us reassurance! Highly recommended!

I have been with Pewaukee Veterinary Service since the old building in the 90's.I feel very compassionate about taking my animals to a place that I can trust and care about their patients.
Dr. Kelly, cares deeply about her patients, which is evident with each visit. All of the other vets and vet techs always show the same compassion as well. This is a clinic that you can always trust. The Schuett brothers own this Veterinary Clinic and have always made sure that devotion and providing clients with professional services was a must.

I have so much gratitude for the vets and staff here. I started coming here after a friend recommended them and can't imagine ever leaving. I love my dog's regular vet Dr. Hillary. On emergency visits, I worked with Dr. Kelly and Dr. Megan too. My dog and I were treated so well each and every time. Communications were clear, response times incredibly fast, options laid out, kind, gentle, empathetic...everything I want for my dog to know he is getting the best care.

Just moved to Pewaukee and was referred to Pewaukee Veterinary clinic by my sister who takes her dog here and loves it too!
It was a great experience for me and my dog Tucker He has allergies and I was so worried but the veterinarian Matt helped me understand the treatment and I learned more about how to care for Tuckers allergies and symptoms to watch for.
Tucker was comfortable as the staff and Doctor were both so friendly and caring

My wife and I have have been using Pewaukee Veterinary Service for our Shih Tzu Caramel for twelve years (every since Caramel first came into our home). The over riding principle we find at Pewaukee Veterinary Service is their genuine love and concern for animals in general and specifically toward our Caramel.

All of the doctors and staff are very loving, caring, courteous and professional in their care of our beloved pet.

We also have Caramel groomed at Pewaukee Veterinary Service and would share the exact same impressions we have for Caramel's grooming care as we find for her health care.

We drive past several veterinary clinics to get to Pewaukee Veterinary Service. Why? They are worth the trip. This last visit was with Dr. Jeff Baker. He was the reason we switched back in 2018. Jeff knows cats - and all animals. He's smart, personable and (to me, at least) a bit of a "rock star" because I now know he also worked with BIG CATS - Siberian tigers /Cheetahs/snow leopards. So cool! Even our 'baby pumas' were no match. More importantly, the care we get is excellent. Every person - from the front desk to the vet techs to the vets themselves is a skilled professional. AND - they seem to genuinely love what they do. You simply cannot get better than this!

I had the best experience!! Appointment was at 9:30, was out in less than an hour :) Vet (Kelly Flowers) was super nice and helpful. Nicest and most informing vet i’ve ever had for my pets :) And the other vet i’m sorry i forgot her name, was amazing too. Both so personable and so nice to me and my kitten. So glad i went to you guys!! Thanks again

This was the first time I have been to the clinic. It is very clean and organized. Dr. Meghan G. and all the other workers are very friendly and caring. Dr. Meghan is very knowledgeable and I was pleased to hear she also works with a team of doctors to help with hard to solve problems in patients like mine. When you go to a clinic with one vet it is very hard to get a second opinion or different ways to treat without having to go to another clinic and pay more money for another exam and more tests. With several experienced skilled vets in one clinic, they can all share the same test results and brainstorm on how to help with a difficult medical issue. It was the first time my dog Magic actually wanted to follow Dr. Meghan or the vet tech out of the room even when she was done.

We have a mini goldendoodle that is being coming here since he was 3 months old. His doctor is Matthew Smith and he’s great, always answers all our questions and explains everything. He got neutered there and the procedure went smooth. They often answer questions we have by email or phone.

I have not been happy with the veterinary services in the Milwaukee area… Until now. From start to finish every member of the staff made sure that I understood what was being done. With my dog getting older, I am very happy that I found a group that I can trust. For once, I felt like my dogs health was the primary concern and not how much they could charge me.

My Service Dog was in dire need of an emergency surgery.
When my original Vet Clinic was unable to perform the surgery in time, Pewaukee Veterinary Service stepped in and made exceptions in order to take care of my Dog.

The Staff and Veterinarians were exceptional. My overall experience at PVS was of the highest quality. They successfully performed an emergency surgery which saved my best friends life, thus I am forever grateful to PVS.

We love Dr. Kelly. She’s so kind and patient with my dog, Poppy. She always speaks to her in a compassionate way. I never feel rushed with any of the staff. They have always taken the time needed to treat my dog and explain what is needed and why. I highly recommend Pewaukee Veterinary Clinic.

Initially, I was apprehensive to bring my puppy to a vet that I had never gone to before but, after raving reviews from two others in my office and my mom, I had to check Dr. Nick Schuett's care out for myself. I am UNBELIEVABLY GLAD that I did. Not only was he kind to my puppy who had a broken femur on her hind leg but, he was reasonable with me and took into consideration all of my concerns.

We had gone to another vet who said that we should amputate her leg and he assured me that with surgery and a tiny little baby plate in place, she would have full function of her leg. When I thought we were going to be forced to limit her abilities with 3 legs, he helped us see the light and make her future as bright as possible. He is the reason Skye will be able to run on all 4 legs and chase bunnies and squirrels without hesitations. He offered to care for her for the next two weeks so that she would have the best rehab, meds, and love while on "crate rest" to keep off of her newly repaired leg.

The girls in the office, techs/care coordinators in back are so compassionate and sweet. They make you feel better, even when you're a crying mess on the phone. I truly appreciate the car they've provided and the continued supportive care they will be providing. Thy have a customer for life and I plan to bring my other 4 dogs to them in the future.

I have taken all of my personal pets and several fosters to Pewaukee Vet over the past 20+ years. The doctors and techs are so nice and really listen to you. Vet service costs have risen over the years like everything else. But, PVS has my confidence in their knowledge, commitment to finding a diagnosis, and access to technology/services.

I’ve trusted Pewaukee Veterinary Service for over 15.5 years now with the care of my dogs. They were there to support me when I got my boxer puppy, to when it was time for me to say goodbye to her. They’ve been there for me when I rescued my current dog who has anxiety, & they are wonderful with her! No matter what the situation is or has been, I know that I’m in good hands. Their staff is compassionate, patient, caring, & offer a positive experience. I highly recommend them!

My cat Lulu is pretty complex due to ongoing kidney issues. We are newer to this area and Lulu started having some health issues last night that we wanted her seen for. They have never seen either of our cats before, but were accommodating and got us in right away this morning. The front desk staff, the vet tech, and Dr. Kelly were so incredibly sweet and kind. I have been to other vets where the staff aren't as sweet - and it can be a little off putting and makes my already high anxiety even worse. I did not feel rushed at all, and Dr. Kelly helped answer all of my questions. We will be establishing care with them! I so appreciate the care they gave Lulu.

We LOVE Dr. Kelly Flowers. In fact the whole staff is friendly and helpful. They worked with me when I was trying to clear a bill up with Trupanion insurance, they kept calling Trupanion on my behalf and called me to keep me posted. I have no idea how this vet compares to others in terms of cost but the staff here was glad to put together a cost estimate for me to review before booking Xrays. They also put together cost estimates for me to compare two similar surgery options for my dog. When one of my visits had racked up a big bill, they worked with me to determine what medicines would be cheaper but just as effective.
We always feel better after talking to Dr. Kelly. She provides a good amount of information without it feeling overwhelming. She is patient when I have a lot of questions. When our dog needed surgery, she gaves good advice for treatment options but also left us some room for us to do our own research and make sure we are comfortable with the options she gave us.
The whole staff projects care and and love for my dog in a way that makes me feel my dog is in good hands. The staff here never make me feel rushed or unimportant. Even if this vet does cost more than other vets (again, I don't know how they compare), we LOVE this vet and love how they treat our dog.
