Midwest Dental - Oconomowoc

I have nothing but good things to say about Midwest Dental in Oconomowoc and my dentist, Dr. Kelsey Chin. Dr. Chin and the staff there have all been so kind and attentive. Tina is a pro at handling the insurance aspect and the process to make or change an appointment is smooth. The hygienists there are definitely in the right profession. They do a great job and seem happy to be there. My cleaning was great as well. I appreciate the whole staff with their integrity and efficiency.

I went in this morning for an appointment that was supposed to fix a chip in my tooth last night a crown fell off. I spent 2 1/2 hours in there. They were so good to me. It’s so careful and obviously care very much to do an excellent job Amy, the dental technician and Dr Chin the front office staff. It’s just a really wonderful wonderful office.

Yesterday saw Dr. Chin, teeth cleaned and she rec. I change bite guards (the one Medicare gives out). Thank God my back molars on each side stopped paining me.

I had two dentures made, top and bottom. I can't rave enough about everything from the front desk, kind and professional to the dentist and assistants, great bedside manners, kind, gentle, quickly, I really love these people! 😁 Highly recommend!! I posted a picture on website. I wanted realistic looking and good fit and got it. 😁

I've been going to Midwest Dental in Oconomowoc for a few years. Everyone there is very professional, very friendly and helpful. I've had no problems making or changing appointments. Reviewing my insurance coverage and costs ahead of time has never been a problem, billing and online payments are handled well too.
Dr Cotey is my dentist and I trust her completely for all my procedures.
I would not hesitate to recommend Midwest Dental to anyone.

Getting in for help on the day of the call without having been a patient previously was exceptional. The thorough explanation & consultation was also exceptional. I left there with a complete understanding of all aspects of my issues. Also, everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand. The care given was outstanding.

I have visited Lake Country Dentistry several times in the past few weeks for some major dental work, and cleaning too! While I am still involved with Dr. Cotey in the major crown work, I must say that she and her staff are exemplary of a perfect dental staff to work with. They are extremely detailed and friendly, I receive multiple reminders regarding upcoming appointments with the ability to perform a simple keystroke on my phone to acknowledge them. Premium service is what they offer and deliver. I do not know if I am paying a little more or just an average for this area, but for the service I receive it is well worth it. I feel like a part of a family with them, and that is unusual in business these days. A number of businesses could use them for benchmarking!

I recently had my fangs cleaned followed with a temporary crown and a couple days later a permanent crown by Dr Judie Cotey & assistants. My experience was fantastic, on time and excellent results. The experience was like being on the flight deck of a well oiled aircraft carrier running multiple sorties simultaneously. Extremely well orchestrated and painless. The resulting crown fits better than the original one, is smooth and comfortable. Very happy Dr Cotey is my dentist! She even laughs a my jokes, not an easy task for someone so professional.

Everyone is very sweet and very attentive to ones needs. All the dentists there are very thorough with their work , and make sure you are comfortable during your visit. The cleanings go by really fast too.

I've had great experiences. I had to have quite a bit of paperwork done for a work assessment and they were super accommodating. I also have a disorder that makes it difficult to keep my mouth in tip-top shape and they were very understanding and non-judgmental, and helped me brainstorm alternative ways to have better results.
