Every staff member I encountered was courteous and friendly, including the person who took my appointment on the phone. Lindsay Groat was excellent. She explained everything thoroughly and I was treated with respect and professionalism.

I really like the spine docs here! The docs and even the staff explain stuff well so you understand and don’t get discouraged about the length of healing time. They coordinate with your pain management docs and make sure that your healing is going along a reasonable schedule.

I was grateful for being able to get an appointment so quickly with Dr Newman. He listened to my concerns and was straightforward with me about my diagnosis and treatment plan. I appreciated his caring demeanor for a condition I have been dealing with for months. The efficiency of the staff, from scheduling my appt to check out, was impressive!

When I first met, Dr. Murphy, I thought that the company itself was a “meat market“. However, the amount of time everyone spent with me, the knowledge that Dr. Murphy had, and the overall feeling I got at the offices was wonderful. I am a retired nurse, and we are very hard to please! I was very impressed with everyone.

SOS runs a very impressive business. The pre check in via online platform saves time upon arrival at the facility and I was quickly shown to a room. The doctor’s attention to my issue was thorough and handled professionally.

I was very pleased with the helpfulness of all staff members if I had questions. At my appt. with the PA I felt I was given the time needed to assess my condition. The young man who fitted my wrist brace was very efficient, courteous, and took time to answer my questions.

They are excellently responsible, you can trust your health in their hands, above all, they explain each process very well in detail to the patient.

I enjoyed seeing Dr Murphy at SOS east. I am grateful to be once again in his care. He is wonderful! He gives you time and understanding as well as clear answers for your health concerns. He is board certified, he truly cares and I just think he is GREAT...and trust me? I have seen a doctors more than a few times.

Jacob Kurtz, PA, whom I saw last month, was courteous, friendly, and awesome. Seeing him was a pleasure. After examining my shoulder, he thoroughly explained everything to me. I wanted another simple cortisone injection, but he said that because my shoulder hadn't improved in two years, he recommended a cortisone injection straight to the muscle and informed me that surgery was an option, so I chose the cortisone injection to help with the pain. I will look into surgery later. So, he gave me the paperwork and after my insurance approved it, a young lady called me with all the information for my next appointment.

Excellent service all the way around. First time seeing Dr. Smart. Excellent patient interaction by him and all the staff. Like being around a bunch of friends.

I highly recommend SOS. They have always gotten me in quickly for an appointment. Their doctors are very professional and great to work with. I moved to Rochester and still go there. I recently needed to see a doctor and it was going to take 6 weeks to get into a doctor in Rochester. SOS got me in the next day!

Efficient, thorough, and friendly. They made having to see a specialist about an ongoing painful issue much easier on me. I've been in to this office several times now and have always been made comfortable. They seem to prioritize timeliness as well.

I had Dr Seth Greenkey for my hip replacement. Monday the 12th We got there at 9:20 and we’re heading for home at 6:00. I want give and big thanks to the Drs and staff They are so efficient and very compassionate. I am home in hardly with any pain. They have called me at home twice. Dr. Clarke is a top notch physician Surgeon. It’s been 5 months since my hip replacement and I am back to 100 percent. I highly recommend SOS Orthopedics to everyone who has a problem with their hips.

There was really no wait time. Everybody was right there for the x-rays. Everything went perfectly fine. Everybody was very kind and generous and I had not one issue.
