BJ's Wholesale Club

The person managing this BJs is fantastic - both congenial and professional. Seems to be building a great team there. Clean store, caring, hard working associates - a great atmosphere to shop in.
You can't beat their gas lettuces, rotisserie chickens and deli meats!

I love this wholesale club. Excellent meats, and they have meat cutters on staff. You can have anything cut to order. Always a nice selection of inventory. I always go home with double of what's on my list.

I love to shop at BJ's. Great customer service, delicious hot and cold food, clean, organized and awesome prices on bulk products.

Everything I expected it to be. I always like lookin around as I never know what new products they bring in. Tonight I purchased a package of an in and out product.

Well-stocked location. A bit bigger than the Ithaca location, so better selection. The only issue (to me) is that accessing the gas station can be a pain at times because it's a little bit congested and the entrance is somewhat narrow. But overall a very good location and good selection and prices.

Spent close to $300 at BJs store and then bought gas last evening (November 23, 2021). I had difficulty accessing the pump. I visited the booth and Vernon, the on-duty employee came out to assist me. He was kind, attentive and was exceptionally helpful. I tried to call a manager on the way home to commend BJs on Vernon's performance, his very kind demeanor and attentiveness, I could not get through to a manager. I, however, spoke to Hennessey this morning to relay this information and as soon as I locate my receipt, I will be emailing these comments. It is very difficult to find competent, responsible people with a good work ethic and when you come upon one, he or she should be commended.

I love that BJs carries name brand product and accepts manufacturer's coupons. The East Syracuse store is well organized, clean, and has easy parking. The membership fees are reasonable compared to other wholesale warehouses. I pretty much find everything I'm shopping for in-stock. I don't have to climb a shelf to get to it. The aisles aren't cluttered with vendor cardboard displays. Yep...I'm a fan! Have been for many years.

A great discount store that offers many goods at a deep discount. The store is usually clean and well organized. The only complaint I can make comes from the bulkyness of items they sell. Often times I will buy an item such as ketucup or mayonnaise and the quantity is so much that some of it goes to waste because it expires before I have the opportunity to use it all. They offer many other goods other than food. I believe they offer a trail membership or tour of the store for non-members.

Good stock, always clean. Make sure you take advantage of their coupons. The BJs app makes that really easy.. no clipping needed. Also, beware of produce prices. Usually higher than Wegmans.

I went into BJ's with my sister and ended up with a membership. The cashier name was Kelly and she was fabulous you just don't find great customer service like that anymore. I can't say enough about the young lady I went to fill out the survey and there was not a spot on there to give her a good review. BJ's need to do something nice for this young lady she is the only reason I got jthe membership. Keep up the great work!!!! Her cashier # is 61656 if that helps.

This store has everything in bulk. With this Pandemic it is cost effective to purchase in larger quantities at a lower price. Yes you must be a member but the perks outweigh the cost. Well worth the money.

Usually I don't have any trouble finding anything in the store, hopefully they won't change things around so you don't know where they are. I enjoy going there and the gasoline is most of the time a lot cheaper than where I live.

The service and prices are good

Enjoy shopping here at BJ's they carry many great supply's, stay on top of shortages, (make stingy customers understand that there are others who are in need too.)

Shopping at the East Syracuse, NY BJ's today and heard the beautiful sound of Taps being played by one of your employees. Thank you so much for allowing him to be out there at 3pm for the virtual playing of Taps and honoring our fallen.
