When we bought our home, she was helpful in showing us homes that were within our requirements, which was tough because we had buy price, taxes, and other items we had preferences about. We wanted a floor plan that was different, and when we found our home, we knew.

We liked Karen initially. But she turned out to be more of a used car salesman. She didn’t care about what we wanted and instead focused on maximizing her commission. Really disappointed.
