Expert tailor

It’s difficult to review a business based on one experience. Apparently the tailor does not do alterations to taper the jacket, but only moves the buttons. I’m not sure if this is a military thing, or a lazy thing. I’ve had plenty suits deconstructed and tailored to me, that is the concept of a tailor, but I digress. Also, when asked if certain jacket sizes look or fit correctly, the tailor just smiled and asked me how it felt.
Today, I came to pick up my clothing, and the rank was never sewn on. Although it was written on the slip, the woman at the desk said she forgot. These are not dealbreakers, but are huge inconveniences. The woman at the desk is very kind and helpful, but it just wasn’t enough.

The customer service here is bad and I am sure that I turned in officer pants and got enlisted ones back. Go to the laundry plant over by Washington gate, they are cheaper and have better service.

I have had issues with this store too many times, both times being with the placement of rank insignia. This last time, they removed my previous rank and placed my new rank on, but there was a small tear in the sleeve from when they removed the previous rank. Manager was not even apologetic, did say that they would pay for a replacement (replacement was not available from the clothing and sales in the main store due to my size being sold out already). Do not use this store if possible.

Horrible customer service. Was told that my ASU jacket would be ready Tuesday..I show up Tuesday and was told that they lost my jacket and that it obviously wasn't ready for pickup. I was told that I would get a call on Thursday on the status...that call never came. I called Thursday afternoon myself and was told that it was ready for pickup. When I show up the guy at the counter gives me the runaround about how busy they are and how it is not their fault for being late. After going back and forth about how they failed to provide their service on time as promised and I was inconvenienced in the process, the guy agrees to take $5 off the price...of a $144 charge. I then try on the jacket and it was not hemmed (they forgot). I could still see the chalk mark where it was supposed to be hemmed to. So I was told to come back the next week to pick it up...over a week late. Horrible experience; avoid if possible.

Terrible customer service, I turned in my service cap to get it striped and when I came back on the scheduled day to get it, I was informed that they "didn't have time" to look for it. They were eager to dismiss me and apparently wanted to play the waiting game with me. Instead, they said they would call me when it was ready--essentially, at THEIR convenience, not mine, and not at the date we agreed upon. Don't go here, they don't deserve your business. Go into Highland Falls or elsewhere, but not here.

Worst place ever. Whoever runs this place is very unprofessional. My husband took his uniform in and almost a month later still no uniform. Just lies after lies and avoiding phone calls . Unacceptable!

Terrible. Just terrible customer service.
