LabCare of Community Care Physicians - Troy

I started with Dr. Spaulding today and my visit was pleasant and very enjoyable. The checking process was personable and friendly. Dr Spaulding was easy and comfortable to talk to. The Nurse (Nadine, I believe) gave me my flu shot and I almost missed it. Barely knew I was stuck. I don't have any needle anxiety, but can still appreciate injection skill. I also needed blood work done. The blood tech, Antoinette, was the high point of my visit. She took pleasant to an exceptional level. I've had a lot of blood drawn over the years and her skill was impressive. I believe I made the right decision choosing this Community Care Physicians as my treatment/care location.

Had blood work done today. Antoinette is the best. Friendly and gentle. Use 2 dislike going 4 blood work. Not anymore. Thanks again. Everyone is great in Doctor Spauldings office .

Firendly staff. Sometimes wait times can be long.

Sorry but 1hr & 1/2 not acceptable. Got out of drs appt promptly but to wait for blood test, bad. After expressing i should be next, attendant gave me attitude when she drew my blood. It wasn't about child skipping line, he was there as long as I was, no need to put him ahead. She needs help & that's all I was expressing. Didn't need negativity to me after I waited soo long. Maybe she needs attitude adjustment.

Over 1 hour already to wait for simple blood work....do yourself a favor, just have your PCP or LabCORP draw your blood. Otherwise, bring a cot/tent with you, you'll be here much longer than you should be.

Called with a medical issue, was cut off by receptionist to be told I had the wrong number. My mistake! However, after already disclosing the nature of my call, it was astounding that someone could respond in the way that she did. Then, rather than transferring me to the correct line, I stated “Could you please connect me to…” and was cut off by her hanging up on me (the office I was trying to reach is in the same building).

I waited over an hour after my appointment with Dr. Brilliant and left, disgusted

The lab assistant, Antoinette, was very slow other times I was having blood drawn
She is incompetent!

Buyer beware! I made an appointment for an annual and they coded it as an office visit and billed me. If I could give a zero I would. Also, I had to bring up several things that should be standard at a physical and drive back a second time for standard blood work.
