Carenza Color Cutting Experience

This was the first time dying my hair and Chelsea made the experience amazing! She walked me through the process, helped me make my decision in color, and answered all of the questions I had. I was very skeptical in doing this because I didn’t want to ruin my hair but I put my trust in her and it paid off. She truly cares about your hair and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Thank you Chelsea!

My stylist, Gina, is amazing with color!! And hair cutting!! I received a hair cut before the pandemic in early March 2020 and didn't go back till early July 2020 and the cut still looked phenomenal! I was blonde with massive black roots and walked out of salon brown with highlights in a timely manor and stunning results!! I recommend Corenza 100%

I started getting my hair done at Carenza by Jenni after some of the COVID restrictions got lifted. I have never been happier with both my cuts and colors everytime! Jenni not only does an amazing job with my hair. She is also extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and caring. Both of my daughters see her, and my son also just started seeing someone at Carenza. The front desk is friendly, and you can text to make appointments (so convenient when you’re full time working mom). Highly recommend!

Loved my perm. That is .....after I got to wash out the garbage my stylist put on it. The lady used a blow dryer and put on tons of sticky products. I walked out looking exactly like she told me I would. She said "I'm stuck in the 80's and can't help myself to make my customers look that way too." What the . .? I had to suffer through Thanksgiving weekend with frizzy, sticky, nasty looking hair, when it should've been left to air dry. I looked terrible, and it was embarrassing to see my family and have pictures taken with that mess on my head. I've had perms my whole life and never has it been like this. I trusted her and thought she knew what she was doing. After pulling the perm straight by combing it roughly afterwards and tugging on it so she could trim my hair, I should've stopped her and walked out of there!! That was a red flag. What the hell.

The place is very nice, and the very first salon I've ever been that has a massage chair while my hair is getting washed! Friendly staff's as well.

I went in not knowing what I exactly wanted .. was scheduled for a cut and highlight.. Desiree was just wonderful. She told me what would look best and took her time making sure my hair looked good. I am SO happy with my hair today and feel great after some really crazy months in my life.

Yes, you are going to pay more than you would at a Cost Cutters or Great Clips, and the price of what you have done varies depending on who does it. However, I think you really get what you pay for, and the results are worth every penny.

Stephanie is amazing!! I've had both long hair and a beard and finding anyone who can properly trim a bread is incredibly difficult. But Stephanie has absolutely amazed me with every haircut no matter what style I want, she delivers. And she always goes above by making sure I get the product I need for the styling I want to do.

Love my gal, Paige. She takes her time to give you precisely what you want. It's pricy, but well worth it!

You can come here and get a fancy/pretty haircut, and you can come and get a wonderful mullet! Stephanie has done my hair for MANY years. She has done many different evolutions of my hair and they always turn out great! If you wanna look good, this is the place!

I have gone to Carenza off and on for over 15 years. I go to Mickey now and love her because she knows the latest trends and techniques to cut hair. I have a natural wave and have been fighting it all my life. It isn't exactly curly so I always ended up round brushing it and had a bob cut. Mickey showed me how to embrace the wave and coax the curl. I love it and it is so much easier and fun!

Cameron is the best! She's been cutting my hair for about a year, always does a fantastic job. Last night she colored my hair for the first time and I was a little nervous b/c I wanted ombre and wasnt sure how it would come out (I've had some BAD blonde hair experiences in salons before)...She did a FANTASTIC job!! I couldn't be happier with the blending and different blonde tones she was able create in 2 hours. Carenza is lucky to have her :)

I am a 20 year old male. I have been to carenza for years and I love it. The new location is very nice. Stephanie cuts my hair and always makes me look great I highly recommend her! She’s sweet and has never done me wrong!

i let literally almost no one touch my hair after a mess up i had quite a few years ago but i gave Chelsea the power and i don’t regret a thing. she did FANTASTIC and there’s now no one else i’d go to. when you book your next appointment, make sure you’re asking for it to be with chelsea! thank you so SO much! 💓

Great place for your hair styling needs. The stylist I see is Kim. She's is always accomodating and does a really amazing job. It's a nice touch that everyone is friendly and offer the extras like tea while you are there.

Mickey has been cutting and coloring my hair for many years. She is a joy to work with and she does an excellent job by listening and knowing so much about hair. I hope she never leaves, because I don't like to travel. It was hard enough for me to see her in Brookfield after going to see her on Mayfair Rd,

Mickey my hairdresser was unavailable so I had Lexi do my hair. she asked me many questions about my hair and even took time to consult with another hair dresser just to make sure I could achieve the icy blonde color I wanted. Lexi did an excellent job . the final outcome was a beautiful icy blonde color on my hair. I've been going to carenza for over 10 years. never disappointed.

Amazing service. Always very happy with my hair. Been going there for 20+ years. Only complaint is getting in trouble for talking at the shampoo bowl. Really?! It’s a salon! I can’t talk?! Good grief!
