I was sooo happy with my experience purchasing a custom cake for a baby shower. I unfortunately was very last minute to order the cake , but this bakery delivered and then some. I provided my invitation and wrote out some instructions for how I wanted the cake to look and it came out perfectly. Not only did it look awesome, I was so good. Everyone complemented it, and when you are hosting, that is all you can ask for. Thank you to this bakery!

I dropped my drivers license into a crack between the self check out register and the bags. It was gone! Then, thanks to 3 employees it was recovered. Cindy went way above and beyond today. All 3 employees were very nice but Cindy is a rockstar!! Thank you very much!!

Side note. I’m leaving for vacation in 2 days and without my license, I might have had trouble renting my car!! So you are all much appreciated ❤

I was at your store at 9:00 this morning, put items in cart, then proceeded to check out.. No cashiers at any of the checkouts, but several employees watching the self checkout area. I was told that I would have to use self checkout, no one scheduled to work in checkouts for sometime…I don’t do self checkout…..left my cart and left the store……what awful customer service….will never return.,,,

Great store, but this was the dairy section. It was everywhere ya’ll.

Excellent produce and wide range of selections in all categories. The salad bar is amazing. My only concern is the employees aren't helpful. I have had one woman just be very rude.

Just a quick stop at the pharmacy pickup window. Staff are great!

First and foremost, the staff at this location are phenomenal. Never yet have I encountered someone who is less than incredibly kind and polite. They are attentive, friendly, and bend over backwards to make sure everything is just right when I order something. I have a PNS store literally a minute away from home, but chose to drive a bit further to this Metro Market location because everything about it is simply, better. The produce is always fresh and plentiful. The hot case area is delicious. The wings and tenders are AWESOME! The in house made pizza is awesome, and the deli staff are amazing. I love the selection of items for sale in the meat/seafood department. The selection is exponentially better than the store by me... Bottom line, whoever is managing this location is doing a great job! You’re spot on in who you hire, and your staff deserve to hear that their friendliness and attention to detail does not go unnoticed!! Thank you, to them, for making my shopping experience enjoyable! I love coming to your store!

I stopped in to pick up a couple of items and enjoyed the service. A cashier Marisol made my day however. I didn't have a card and was too tired to go to customer service desk to get one. She suggested that I use the phone # of a relative so I wouldn't have to put my items back. She was so very helpful and warmed my heart with her kindness to her bagger that was disabled. You are very lucky to have her!! She is definitely an asset to your store!

The bakery department is great. I recently had a unicorn cake made for my daughters birthday and it turned out amazing. I provided a picture and they matched it exactly. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the cake looked and tasted so good! Highly recommend them!

I frequent this Metro Market on a regular basis. It's always clean and inviting. I like the variety of foods they offer and specialty areas such as cheese shop, olive/antipasto bar, salad bar, hot bar and take & make items. Not to mention the fabulous liquor department. I also give high praise to the in store pharmacy. They know us by name and Ron is a great pharmacy manager!

Solid grocery store! It’s often quite busy but thy do a good job keeping things fresh and clean throughout. No real complaints other than long lines during rush hour. But even those move at a good pace usually.

Marissa and Marisol are awesome. Always smiling and quick to help when a problem scanning (usually our fault).

The quality of the food here is always nice, and the atmosphere of the whole store is both welcoming and of high quality. None of the products I have every bought from metro market have disspointed me, and the overall layout of the place is pleasing and easy to navigate through. I would recommend this grocerie store to anyone in the area.

Been coming here for a long time. Staff is always helpful and will make things right that you are not happy with. Cheese section and alcohol section is top notch. Always great prices too.

The bakery staff made a last minute cake for my granddaughter to smash on her first birthday. It was beautiful they made it quickly. They suggested it.

The Master butcher here, Curt is absolutely amazing!! I made a seemingly ridiculous request and he went above and beyond to accomodate it and did it with a smile. There is no one in this area that provides that customer service!!!

Enjoy this location when my errands are in Brookfield. Nice fruit area with options not available at other locations.
