I really wish this Walgreens was 24 hours. The pharmacy staff is always kind when I get my prescriptions filled here, and over the phone they are very helpful and don’t rush me off abruptly before being sure to answer if I have questions about a delayed prescription.

The store itself is just like every other Walgreens in the country, but the workers here make a difference. One in particular stands out. Linda makes my day better every time I stop in. She takes the time to actually get to know customers and gives this location more of a neighborhood corner store feel. I hope her phenomenal customer service skills are recognized by others.

I went to my local Walgreens in Brookfield at Ruby Isle to get some help in the photo department. Though relatively literate with technology I needed some assistance in selecting and editing some family fotos from my iPad to print and send for the holiday season. I was assisted by Jenny who was not only extremely capable but also patient and very personable. I could not have been happier with my experience…what a wonderful employee!

My 3 year old is very sick with a stomach virus and hasn’t been able to keep anything down all day. Rather than dragging her and my 8 year old into a store to buy Pedialyte I went to the drive through. The pharmacy tech was a very nice young man who even asked me which flavor my sick child preferred before going into the store to get it for me! THANK YOU for this service- this saved me having to wake my vomiting kid and carry her through a snow storm, unbuckling and the rebuckling the car seat and exposing more people to her germs!

The photo center here is amazing. I have been going here for years to make canvases of my photography and they do an incredible job making the canvas and their website is super easy to use for image creation. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. They take time to help, give advice and work quickly to contact doctors. Even though we moved I would not even consider going to a store closer. They take time to know you, they can better serve you. Friendly, caring and professional. The staff really goes the extra and makes the difference!

The pharmacy at this location is always busy.

OMG!!! FELT LIKE AN STAR!! Amazing EXCELLENT!!!!!! Dropped prescription off in 3 mins or less, had my prescription ready at the window when I pulled up at the time I said I was coming!! I almost fainted out of amazement!! Thank you guys for being GREAT!!!

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 30 years, have always found the staff to be helpful, courteous and taking care of their customers. I give them the highest rating here on google, because I think they are that good. Would highly recommend.

Decent store

I absolutely love their pharmacy. However the front counter people do not have a clue. They can't ID someone without having to scan. They obviously can't do the math to know if you're 18 or not. Please take it out of your wallet so I can scan bs.

Really upset that they fill prescriptions offsite now. This causes a delay in receiving my medication when it defeats the purpose of doing business as a pharmacy. At this rate it’s better to go to a different pharmacy. One that actually fills your scripts.
