I won't shop for athletic shoes anywhere else. I have had several bouts of plantar faciitis. The most awesome thing when you go to Performance Running, they take time to find the best shoe for you. They listen, they watch you walk/run, they match your issue with the shoe. I am at the point now where I call them, ask them to ship the exact pair that I most recently bought. They will find them, discuss the color of shoe ....and ship them to my door. Every single sales person I have ever had has been pleasant, patient and professional. I always recommend them!

This is THE place to go for shoes. The entire team spent a lot of time with me, finding the right shoe. I had (have) issues with my feet from wearing the wrong shoes. They listened, did a foot scan, had me try on several different shoes. After each shoe, the staff would check the fit, make sure I was getting the support, walk around - ensure I was buying the right shoe. They never made me feel rushed or that I was taking up too much of their time. They were interested that I got the right shoe so I would not have problems. I cannot recommend PRO enough. I am extremely grateful for the staff at PRO.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Went in there to get trainers and sprint spikes for my high school son. They brought out several different types and styles. Just a great experience. There is also a discount for high school athletes purchases.

Can not recommend this place enough I went in with planter fasciitis the girl had me take a Lacrosse ball and roll that on my calf muscle use a massager and then fit me in some Hoka's and I also bought some Birkenstocks slips on. This morning NO PAIN I've been dealing with this pain for weeks!! Highly recommend this place!!

Supporting the local running store in my town is important to me. Personalized service, organized group runs, and that sense of “community” are all things I find beneficial to my goals. While out of town, I enjoy visiting other locally owned stores. Recently, while in the Milwaukee area, I looked up Performance Running Outfitters and sent a message about any group runs that might be scheduled. I ran with their Saturday morning group (they had pancakes and coffee after), checked out the store, and talked with the people who ran. The store is very nice, has a great selection of products, but most importantly-the people are welcoming and friendly. I look forward to stopping in during my next trip in November.

Jan is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me as I tried on nearly every running shoe in the store. Found a pair I really liked, and she was able to contact one of the other stores to have them ship a different color right to my house!

I visited for my first time after recommendations from family members to get fitted for a new pair of running shoes. I was greeted immediately by Alex, the store manager, and he helped me find a new pair of shoes. He also provided me with resources for postpartum exercising and personally followed up with a phone call after he was unable to answer a question in-store for me. Thanks, Alex! Great customer service and attentiveness.

I've been getting back into serious running again after many years away. I had been getting by with cheap running shoes I found online and knew it was time for a pair of quality running shoes. I got excellent service from Gene at the Delafield location. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions. I left with a pair of shoes I'm confident will work great for me. Highly recommend.

Went in after looking at shoes at several other places with no luck at all. I really have never bought a "decent" pair of running shoes. Zach helped fit me for a great pair of shoes. He was very patient and helpful. Every problem i had with one pair we moved on to a different pair. I eventually bought the Hoka Bondi 8 with the speed laces. Zach even helped me lace them up and locked them for me. He signed me up for the rewards program at the register. I was very happy with the whole experience!! I will definitely be back.

The staff at the Brookfield store is awesome! Ethan and Jan have been so patient and so helpful with finding new shoes. An added bonus is that they have a ton of cute Milwaukee themed running merch

Always a great experience at PRO. Today I stopped in and was helped by Jan who was super knowledgeable and friendly. I’m getting back into running and she was tremendously helpful in finding the perfect shoes for my feet!

After buying a pair of shoes on my own at a different store and not being happy with them I visited PRO in November. A sales associate spent a lengthy amount of time with me trying on several different brands ultimately the style I liked best was not available in my size at any of your stores. I decided to search other options on my own. Bought an expensive pair at a different store (sorry, dumb mistake!) and have not been happy with them at all (only 3 months old). Returned to PRO this past weekend. Was immediately greeted as I walked in the store. Katie was very patient with me. Sized me, and had me try on several different styles and answered all my questions. I am obviously not a runner but it didn’t matter she was going to help me find the best pair of shoes for my days at the gym. I decided on Brooks Ghost and I absolutely love them!!!! I will make sure to trust PRO with all future shoe purchases!!! Thank you!!

I had the most incredible experience here. I am a beginner runner, so wanted to ensure I had the best shoes to get me motivated and comfortable. The staff was incredible. Within ten seconds of walking in we were greeted by a staff member. Bella assisted us and was phenomenal to work with. She made the experience in investing and finding the right shoe for me so enjoyable. They have cool tech and assessments to make the best shoe recommendation for you. The foot scan was super cool, they even email you your results. Based on my assessment I tried on 5 different recommendations. It was easy to compare the different shoes I tried on (a different shoe on each foot), the comparison was immediate - I knew exactly knew what I like and disliked because I could feel it simultaneously. They even had a short track in the store to run on to really test out the shoe. Once I found the one, I put both shoes on and ran the track to test them out. It felt like I was running on clouds. I think these shoes are going to make running for me really enjoyable and motivating. I can’t wait to come back to this store for more shoes. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for your next pair of running shoes. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind and efficient.

Kiley was amazing, she really took her time to help get the perfect shoe with the perfect fit. I was impressed by how thorough the whole process was. I will definitely be back for my next shoes.

Bella was amazing! She took a lot of time with me by taking measurements and examining my gait. I felt like I was working with a physical therapist and was finally getting the right fit for my shoes. I bought two pairs of shoes and am so happy with my purchases! Thank you, Bella!
