Trail Quest

Absolutely love this shop. Was having issue with my Jeeps front end after another shop did a few upgrades. Over a year I had the Jeep to 4 other offroad shops, I was sold many parts and paid for 3 alignments but still had the same problem. I took my Jeep to Trail Quest and finally the issue was fixed after an alignment was does by someone that knew what they were doing. I have taken my Jeep back for several upgrades and have not experienced one issue. Stephan has been very helpful in getting me the build I want. I will not take my Jeep anywhere else. Keep up the great work.

The absolute best customer service I have received at an auto shop. I wouldn’t even call these guys that, they’re a different league. My jeep was in a collision which isn’t something they normally deal with but I wanted them doing the suspension work. Stefan took many calls from me, met with my insurance adjuster and answered all of my questions along with squeezing my work in when they only had one tech working. Highest caliber professionalism and communication, take your jeep here.

Stefan, and his team, upgraded the shocks on my 2020 F-150 and installed rear lift blocks. They did a great job and had me scheduled for the work in no time. I would highly recommend!

Great service. These guys are true professionals. They have integrity and put the customer and the job first. Sought out lower prices for me on the equipment I wanted on my Jeep and the finished work is fantastic. Going in for more service on some things they helped me see that I would have left unnoticed otherwise. Will not take my Jeep anywhere else.

Trail Quest is an excellent place to have work done. They did a weld in frame tie for me one one vehicle and did a hitch install on another. When it comes to frame, suspension or any weld work, I will not go anywhere else.

I have my cj there now getting a Chevy v8 conversion. have not saw the finished product yet, however, I checked out other shops and I got to say STEPHAN was knowledgeable and helpful in planning the build. OK, so i have had my jeep back now for 4 months, drove a lot of miles. everything trail quest did to it was top notch.I have had no problems. the work they did took a lot of attention to detail. they did a very good job.

Had my Subaru Crosstrek in for a lift kit installation and I couldn't be happier. Super friendly people, know what they're talking about and their prices are fair. I'll definitely come back to Trail Quest for my future car needs!

I have taken my Jeep to Trail Quest many times for various work and always satisfied with the service and price. They stand behind their work. Justin was even able to meet me on a Sunday at the shop (I probably shouldn't say this, sorry Justin) to take care of something on the Jeep. The only place I go for everything.

I have dealt with the folks at Trail Quest for many years and have nothing but great things to say about them. It's a family owned business that can be trusted for good advice and have excellent shop mechanics. I like to do most of my own work, but turn to Trail Quest when I've been stuck and have been impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail. They won't sell you something just to make a buck, instead they'll help you figure out what's best for the situation. I've done both historic rebuilds and newer builds and it would have been a lot harder without this shop. Best in central Ohio in my opinion.

I've known Stefan and his family for 30 years. They don't come any better. How many people can you say that about after 30 years? I've bought one jeep from him and will be buying another soon. I have all my family's vehicles serviced by his team of professionals because they are honest, know what they're doing, and have never once done anything even remotely questionable . If you haven't been to Trailquest for any and all of your automobile needs, then you haven't worked with the best in the industry. Every single person who's ever been here says the same thing.

All good. I have a Tacoma I wanted lifted. All went well and truck drives awesome. I think thier more into jeeps but took care of me. The price that was quoted was much lower then the out the door price but at least I know it was done right. Thanks guys

This was my first experience with Trailquest after having them recommended by friend. They found many things wrong with my jeep, that other shops were not telling me about. Several of them could’ve been problematic. They went out of their way to find me parts at a cheaper rate. Very high-quality work.

I've seen them for years, but only recently had them work on my Jeep. Glad I did. Great work, great advice, super responsive and fun to work with. And they definitely know their stuff.
