Lynn helped my husband with a new phone as well as assisting us with a better cell phone plan. She answered all our questions and even boxed up his old phone. All we had to do was drop it at the post office. Spectacular customer service.

Had a great experience with Lynn at the Plain City store. She was thorough and well informed. She was able to trouble shoot the issues we were having and made the process quick and easy! Highly recommend!

Lynn was wonderful! We upgraded two phones, she was knowledgeable and provided great service. Beforehand, I went to the one by Tuttle and the ladies in there couldn't wait to get rid of us. Not pleasant at all.

My family and I went into this T-Mobile store after months of being bounced around from the customer service lines to the stores. We were then told some very disappointing and frustrating information and went to confirm it at this store. We were assisted by a woman named Lynn who was extremely knowledgeable and actually called the customer service line on our behalf and fought for us, and actually corrected them when they were wrong- which the customer service representative confirmed with their supervisor. We are extremely grateful for Lynn’s help!

After visiting a different T-Mobile who told me they couldn't help me after trying for 1 minute to add my unlocked to my plan, I came here and the store manager promptly attended to my needs and got me set up in under 5 minutes. He also unprompted helped me reduce my monthly bill by $45. They're under new management so I'd strongly urge you to use those store for your needs over others in the area.

Great products and great customer service. Trevor J. stayed with me 2 hours after the store closed to help me resolve an issue. He stayed on the line with various customer service reps for hours and didn’t take no from them for an answer. He could have sent me away at close, but he showed empathy to my situation and got it resolved. Fantastic costumer service.

Employees in store were so helpful. Lynn, Julian, & Dre were very welcoming when I entered the store. They answered my questions about internet too!

I've been a T-mobile customer for 10+ years and my experience with the store manager Kevin was the best I've ever had. Kevin is very knowledgeable and transparent with his customers. He was the only one working that day and the store was exceptionally busy, but he did not rush any of his customers while he worked hard to multi-task so that we would be helped in a timely manner. Thank you Kevin for being awesome!

I recently bought a new phone at this store. We called ahead to ask if they had the OnePlus phone we wanted. They did. Just from the phone call interaction we knew we would have good service. Adrian provided excellent customer service: friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to the phone we also got the case, screen protector and a charger for a different phone. This was a very enjoyable T-Mobile experience.

Kevin was extremely personable and knowledgeable and got us set up with everything we needed. Brought our daughter in with us and he was very sweet with her as well! Had a great experience, thank you!
