Bath & Body Works

I have like 30 bath and body works candles and I’m obsessed with all of them. The staff is always so nice and helpful with any questions I have. It’s always a win going in :)

Sales upon sales.... love their coupons too! Prices have definitely gone up but the quality has remained high. Their scents are fantastic!!

This is my favorite of their stores to stop at in the Columbus area. The store may be smaller compared to others but the staff here is so helpful and friendly. I don't feel like all they care about is making a sale or upselling you. Store is always clean and it is in a nice strip mall with lots of other great stores.

First off I love Bath and Body Works. Have so much of it at my house. But today went for the candle sale. There were a lot of people but that's to be expected. The employees were all very sweet and helpful and even though I'm sure they were all exhausted they had smiles on their faces. Was in and out without any hassle. Great job!

I was happily greeted, I was told about the sales going on that day, and the sweet employee (unfortunately I've forgotten her name) explained the checkout process due to Covid-19 safety rules. The employees made it a very pleasant shopping experience.

I am in LOVEEEE with this place. I am now crazy about their candles and i am buying them like crazy. Make sure to register your email and phone number with them and everytime you buy give them your phone number so you can get points and every 75 point you will get a free full size body care item worth $16.50. You will not believe how many of those free items i have. The 3 wick candels is a must have. I burn them after cooking they take all the unwanted smells out.

Bailey has to be the best associate I have ever interacted with at this store. She’s kind. Answered all my questions with Professionalism. I will be coming back just for her.

Stopped here the other day and had an awesome experience! Everyone was helpful and the store was very organized. Sherri went above and beyond helping us out and she made our transactions super easy!

The staff so was so nice and attentive! Some always near to help answer questions or to take to what you are looking for. They even went for more stock to help me and this was on black Friday!

Overall a good experience. These retailer stores are doing their best, whilecomplying with the mandate of wearing a mask and keeping patrons 6 feet apart as imposed by the moronic Governor Dewine.

This location is so easy to get in and out of, I was able to grab everything I needed and their team was so friendly and helpful.

The employee that was helping tonight with putting together a gift for my 5 yr. Old friend, She TOTALLY went over & beyond!! Great suggestions!!

The location in Dublin OH has the Best staff! Super friendly, and extremely Helpful. Nice selection too!

I just like the way it smells

BBW always has a lot on sale & clearance. Friendly staff makes it a quick enjoyable shopping trip.

Deja is an amazing worker. She knows how to mix different scents to create a wonderful aroma!

This store smells very good. They also seem to be doing well at enforcing COVID guidelines.
