Enjoy our doctor Renee Safir. I’m sure I misspelled her last name. Had this doctor for both my kids. 4 year old and 4 month old. Defiantly recommend. Never feel rushed in appointments. Although, I’d recommend she put gloves on before examining my child. Just a recommendation.

Dr. Carmona Moses was wonderful, my daughter is just not a fan of the doctor. She cries for most of the appointment. She made everything so easy and made us feel comfortable. The reason for 4 stars was because of the receptionist working yesterday. My daughter has croup and you could hear her when we walked in. She immediately said “you should of come in sooner, if she’s been sounding like this” oh thank you for that statement that helps no one, except it passes judgement to us as parents. She had the symptoms that morning, we made an appointment and came in that afternoon. Hope she does better next time and has more compassion.

My oldest daughter had surgery at Children’s when she was younger and I’ve always had the idea that they have the best care for children. All of the nurses, drs, and staff we met while we were there were so friendly and truly seemed to love kids. Unfortunately, I don’t think this clinic is an accurate representation of Children’s. Most of the receptionists and nurses aren’t very friendly. I don’t know if it’s just healthcare post Covid but nothing about it seems specialized or fun for kids. ☹I love Dr. Getschow, but I’ve had 2 times in the past couple months where no one has called me back when I’ve left a message with a nurse. Which is shocking to me. It seems like maybe it’s poorly managed or some sort of disconnect is happening.

Appreciate the convenience of a clinic location but the level of coordination between the front office staff and medical staff is lacking and no where near comparable to the level as received at the main campus. Pay the same prices and not the same level of service. They strongly need to evaluate their operation procedures and education process for office staff.

If you want a doctor that can provide care to your children when they are sick, do NOT come here. They are only available for check ups. The staff are nice, but we have been repeatedly told to go to Urgent Care during regular business hours for any and all illnesses. No point in even having a primary, and a great way to meet your deductible early in the year since it's so much more expensive to go to Urgent Care. All regular appointments are completely rushed through as well.

Also not recommended if you live West of here. If their labs are closed or have no availability, you HAVE to go to a Children's clinic in Tosa or New Berlin. They treat families like they all have disposable income and full families in the area to help. May be the case for most families in Lake Country, but no empathy for those not as fortunate.

BUYER BEWARE! If you step foot in this facility for a doctor visit, it will be charged like a HOSPITAL visit...even though it isn’t a hospital visit.
I will never have another doctor in this system. It’s a total scam to have excellent speciality coverage only to have this organization misrepresent the visit and charge as a hospital (they will tell you “it’s because we are licensed as a hospital”). Great except I didn’t use hospital services. If you have another option, take it...or be prepared for a big bill.
