Kohl's

I didn't know I'd only have one comment box to use on the kohls feedback site, so I had to come here to elaborate! Tom was fantastic as a checkout associate and really just put the cherry on top of my experience shopping here. I appreciated him looking out for me with coupons and he had such a lovely, positive disposition it really made the trip.

We were able to find a number of items that I needed. And…. It was all on sale! Walking to the checkout, my husband found some autumn colored long sleeve Tees that were very nice looking, & on sale - so he grabbed 2!
All in all - a good day shopping.

Tom is that special associate that makes you feel warm and welcomed while checking out. Greeting me with a wave (so I could find which register) and a wide smile, he made my shopping so much better. Thank you Tom! And Kohl's!

Love the Delafield Kohl's. It's always clean and organized. The people that work there are very kind and helpful!

Had what I wanted. Easy to locate the merchandise, easy checkout. And Great coupons I received in the mail

Associates were extra helpful today as my husband had his outdated.. unused.. card, to use besides my card that we always use. They helped him get a new card and were very personable, patient, knowledgeable when we were having trouble at the checkout. Thank you, we appreciate your extra kindness and help!

Did a return today, the employee who helped me was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick! I also did an exchange at Sephora, again a helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant person was there with a smile! I do like Kohl's, it's my go to shopping place!

The store is clean and well stocked. I found what I needed quickly and check out was acceptably fast.

The store is not as large as other kohl's but is clean and has a good selection. Workers have always been friendly to me, it's my go-to department store in the area.

Pleasant environment great sales clerks and a place to shop safely. A comfortable environment and good sales. They'll even encourage you with whatever sale they have going on whether it be a coupon sale or what with your purchase. Easy place to shop.

Had a great clearance sale going on. Store was clean and looking good. Note: You can't try on clothes at this time so bring a friend to advise or wear a tank to try it in front of the mirror. I didn't have a coupon with me but in my Kohl's app under "wallet" was one for 20% off.

I have always loved this Kohl's store and they have a phenomenal staff. The Amazon returns area is hugely convenient as well. I wish they could expand but the location is pretty land locked. Otherwise, when you're looking for clothing and home accessories this is a great place to go.

This Kohl's store is wonderful. They are so careful and make me feel quite safe while shopping. I am greeted by employees each time I shop here. Merchandise is well stocked and neatly displayed. Nice.
