I really can't recommend Jason enough. It is quite obvious he genuinely cares about you and doesn't just see you as a potential sale. My wife and I not only appreciated his expertise and quick communication, but also his integrity. It was clear that he had our best interest in mind. I can't recommend Jason enough!!! He's simply the BEST! I've had experiences with other realtors in the past, and Jason far exceeded any expectations. His quick communication was 2nd to none. Anytime I had a question he would respond in minutes. I felt he genuinely had our best interest at heart, negotiating the best deal possible selling AND buying. His in depth knowledge of the market gave us a leg up in securing our dream home and gave us confidence we were making a great long term investment! Jason has been a huge help in my buying process. He answered every phone call and has helped answer any questions we’ve had along the way. Jason helped me and my wife find our first home together. We were matched with him by Veteran's United because it was a VA loan. Jason was very knowledgeable about the VA loan process and coached us the whole way through. Using his local knowledge of the area we wanted to buy, he took us to a neighborhood he thought we would like that was near a condo we had looked at but decided not to buy. Then he happened to find a different home for sale in that neighborhood that fit our requirements and took us to see it right then. He helped us build a strong offer and went to bat for us with the seller against 4 or 5 other offers on the home. He kept in frequent contact with the seller and Veteran's United to make sure the process was flowing.He gave us recommendations for home inspectors. Finally, he answered our questions promptly no matter what time of the day or what day of the week.

In short, we had our initial meeting with Jason on a Friday night, visited homes on Saturday, submitted an offer on Sunday, and had our offer accepted on Monday morning. One month later, we closed. We are very happy with our experience with Jason.
