My first time at The Nail Gallery & Spa I met Tory. It had been years since I had gotten my nails done and I decided to take some me time and try it out. I assumed I would just pick some colors and that would be it. Right away I felt comfortable enough to ask her if we could do in depth designs and didn’t feel like I was being annoying with all of my questions. She was more than happy to bring my visions to life! Thinking I would leave with some plain matte color but leaving instead with gorgeous little pictures on each finger was the best experience. After that first appointment with Tory, I have been back every 3-4 weeks for about a year now. Each time she has painted the most beautiful pieces of art and always has the time and patience for it. People are always amazed when I tell them that my nails are actually hand painted and NO STICKERS and I get compliments all the time. She is so talented. She’s become a wonderful person in my life that I look forward to seeing every month. The actual place itself is a place that you feel good coming to. It’s pretty and you can tell that this place actually cares about each person’s experience. I am so happy that I stumbled into this place and the best nail artist in Ohio!

Tory did my gel x nails for the first time and it’s the cleanest nails I’ve ever had! She really took her time with making sure they are perfect and made sure I was leaving the salon happy! I’ve never had this good of an experience before with procedure and looks and I will be recommending her to friends and booking my next appointment!

I just wanted to take a moment and dish about how AMAZING Leilani is! I have been attending this salon for MONTHS. They have a forever customer in me. I am a bit old school, and I have been stuck on acrylic nails for years. I noticed some of Leilani’s nail art on the salon’s Instagram page and was really interested in her artistic talents as well as her use of Gel-X nails. I reached out to her at some odd time at night, via social media and she responded right away. She answered all of my incessant questions and really made me feel comfortable about making the switch. She took care of all the booking and confirmed with me before my appointment today. Let me tell you ladies, this young and talented artist is pretty much the best thing since sliced bread. She’s intuitive, talented and really poured herself into the application process, explaining everything that she was doing while she did it. You could tell she really enjoyed her job and her main objective was to kill my new Gel-X set. And killed it she did!! I am over the moon with my new set and am so glad I took a chance. Book with Leilani!!!! You won’t regret it!

Got my nails done here with my sister-in-law by Sandra and Hillary! They were able to squeeze us in on short notice and even stayed a bit late to finish up our nails. They both were super personable and we had an overall great experience. Already booked my next appointment!

I went here for a new full set of gel x nails. The staff is beyond incredible with such genuine excellent hospitality above and beyond. The atmosphere will blow you away beautiful vibes and relaxation. Danny and his wife are amazing well as Ricky who did my set. I would more than 5 stars suggest this salon. You won't find the treatment you receive anywhere else. Bravo!!!

First time I got a dip manicure, it was great!! Sandra did an excellent job and it was in a reasonable amount of time (about an hour). Would definitely recommend!

I go to Ashley, she is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for almost three years now! I get Gel-X and designs and she makes sure she gets every detail! 10/10 recommend her!

I love this place and can't recommend it enough. I started going because they had an event to raise money for a local non-profit animal rescue organization, Stop the Suffering, and I have continued to go to The Nail Gallery and Spa ever since. They often times host events throughout the year to help this animal shelter, and donate 10% of their profit to them (which is pretty significant in my opinion). Additionally, when they host these events they have special treats such as wine or dessert. They do an incredible job, I think my first gel manicure lasted me almost 3 weeks. I am always impressed with my nails/toenails The workers are very polite and offer coffee, tea, water and snacks. 10/10 recommend!

I planned a girls trip to Columbus for my daughter and I this weekend. We went to get mani/pedis and we were hoping the place was just as nice as it looked online.

It did not disappoint. The salon is adorable and clean and the staff was so great. My daughter and I had a wonderful time together getting our nails done and our techs (Ashley and Tory) were amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you need a little self care or a fun girls day, this is the place to go. :)

Sandra is amazing! I came in with rough looking nails from a previous salon and she got them all the way together! She is so polite and knows how to make you feel welcomed! I’ve definitely found my new nail tech! So glad I went to this place!

I have been going to Tory for about 6 months, and she always does a fantastic job with my divine shellac mani. She has a special method that always keeps my nails long and chip-free for 3-4 weeks at a time. She is always friendly, creative, and easy to talk to. I can't imagine getting such a quality manicure from anyone else!!

I have been going to this salon since March and I have always been happy with the results! I just got my nails done last night and I’m OBSESSED. I got the GEL-X and they stay on for over a month every time! I work in retail and am always having customers complimenting my nails and asking where I go! Plus, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend coming here!!!😍

I finally found the perfect nail salon! Saundra is the owner and she actually does nails. I get gel x maní & gel pedí. The whole amount with tip and tax is $150. That's a good price compared to Penzone or laquer. It's a local new business and my nails look amazing!!! The gel x on my hands last for about 5 weeks. I've never had so many compliments in my life on my mani & pedi! Saundra is an artist in my opinion. She fast as well. She can do my gel c mani in an hour. Same with pedi. She is the the best nail tech I've ever came across. She's down to earth, funny and interesting. The staff are all very pleasant too. This salon has none of that cattiness going on which I LOATHE.
Prices are right. The salon is beautiful and not too bright. These women are smart and talented. Lots of parking in a place that has some other businesses to check out.

I visited this nail salon yesterday and was very happy with my visit! The salon is very cute and clean. They have tons of colors and great options. One of the owners, Sandra I believe her name was did my nails and toes and they turned out great and she was very helpful and friendly! 10/10 would recommend to a friend and will be back!

Let’s be honest, I spend the majority of my money on my children. I reserve certain funds monthly for my self care, one of which, is nails. It’s been a while given the circumstances, and while the desire to get my nails done is strong, I wanted to also go to a place that was taking suggested precautions seriously.

Whilst scrolling through Facebook, I saw a post on a Dublin Mom’s group, asking for nail salon recommendations that participated in online booking. The Nail Gallery and Spa was recommended a myriad of times so I went to their booking site and made appointments for my daughter and I, her with Sandra, me with Tiffany. And I am SO glad we did. When we arrived, they had screens up, masks on. Everything looked clean and they instructed us to first wash our hands before we went over to select our colors. They had screens set up at each station and we were placed 2 stations apart. Masks stayed on correctly and the entire time. We wore masks as well. They were friendly, engaging, funny as hell, and great at what they do. Our nails looked amazing and were well worth the price. Do yourself a favor! Book!!!!

Had another awesome day getting pampered by Sandra!! She is phenomenal 🙌 My feet look and feel amazing! Ready to show them off on the beach next week on vacation 😁 Thank you for always being patient, kind and gentle with my ticklish feet. The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and satisfication driven. The salon is elegant, beautiful, very clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend their expert services 💜

Tory has gone above and beyond for me when doing my nails! She is a really good listener and has a fantastic memory. She knows my likes and dislikes and makes great suggestions for colors and products I might like. I’ve never been disappointed! Thank you Tory!

I would give this place more than five stars if that were possible. From the time I made my appointment on the phone to the checkout the staff was so kind and so helpful and did a great job on my nails. I absolutely love the work they did and I will definitely be going back. The salon is very pretty and everybody is so kind and so nice. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone

The first time I went to this place I knew it was going to be my favorite place! They do the best false nails and lashes that are still good for your real nails and lashes(when getting removed professionally). I have been happy with my nails by Leilani each time and just got my lashes done for the first time and am thrilled with Sidni’s work😍 all of the techs I have met so far are so nice. They offer SO many different services too. I’m excited to try some of the facials(: Thank you so much ladies!!!

I will never go to another salon ever again! The experience here is beyond phenomenal. The team is so friendly and talented. Katy really took her time and walked me through her process and made me feel so safe and cared for! Definitely getting everything done here forever. ❤
