Holiday Inn Express & Suites Delafield, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed for a wedding weekend and needed a last minute reservation change to check in early. The front desk management was very accomodating and friendly. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Great location as well, plenty of stores and dining options within walking distance. One of the better hotel gyms ive seen, and good pool facilities as well. 10/10 Recommend.

Staff is wonderful! Helpful and friendly. The pool is pretty warm, whirlpool is good! Breakfast are better than most!

It was a fantastic stay from beginning to end! The front desk staff were very nice and had great personalities. The housekeeping staff were super helpful and accommodating. The beds were very comfy, the bathroom was big and clean, sleeper sofa was comfy, and the giant was adjustable so you could turn it any direction. The pool and hot tub are super nice and clean. The hotel overall is nice and clean. The hotel is also very secure. Keycards are needed to get in everywhere. Great free breakfast included. We’ll definitely be back.

Was the perfect place to stay. Six minutes from the venue we were attending. The breakfast was a bit meager but simple hotel breakfast choices. The coffee was pretty bad but the staff were cheerful and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable

From the moment we walked in our experience was exceptional. The front desk team was above and beyond. The two were intuitive to our needs and changed our accommodations accordingly. We were very impressed and appreciative. The entire facility is clean and modern yet inviting and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

I brought my granddaughters here for a little get away for three days and we loved it! Being close to Milwaukee for our visit to the Zoo and other points of interest, it was a perfect location for us, including the nice choice of restaurants located near the hotel. I have to compliment every associate from the Front Desk to housekeeping that we met, were so nice, friendly and helpful. The room was great, the pool was so clean and the highlight of the stay for my granddaughters!! We look forward to our next get away and staying here! Thank you for helping us make memories!

we visit here every two months for the best getaway vacation in the U.S. Yes, the U.S.--we travel free on airlines (retirees with privilege) and we only want to travel to this Holiday Inn Express in Delafield! The staff, the room, the breakfast, the overall hospitality beats the Hilton in Italy, the ACC in Boston, and anywhere! If someone doesn't like this hotel, then they have a problem, not this hotel. Miguel, Leonore, Aaron (both of them), Karen, and the housekeeping staff are all the Best! We just returned from this hotel and we look forward to returning soon and often!

I've stayed in many hotels over the last few months. This Holiday Inn was the best by far. The staff is incredibly nice - friendly, caring, helpful. The rooms are super clean - the bathroom was sparkling. The breakfast was great. I will be in this area several times over the next couple of months & this will absolutely be my go to place. Highly highly recommend!!

This is a very nice place with good proximity to lots of big box store shopping, and it is about a third of the way to Madison, so it is easy to get out of town and head west fast when heading back to work and home. All aspects of our stay was good. We were on a business trip and needed a night stayover as we did not want to travel at night with all the deer running around this time of year. And this place came through well. I like the look of this modern style hotel.

Very convenient location. Friendly front desk staff. Clean room with good bathroom, good water pressure! Has a fridge and microwave in the room too! We attended a wedding nearby and this experience was great. Shopping across the street!!!!

This was my second stay here. This hotel has the best staff I’ve ever encountered. No matter their position at the hotel the take the time to talk to you ask how your stay is, ask if you’ve had a nice visit and to come back. The maintainence man recognized me from my first stay. The breakfast had a nice variety and the coffee was decent. The staff friendliness makes others friendly. I will definitely stay again. Also clean and well maintained. Walking distance to shopping and food.

This has got to be the most clean hotel we have ever stayed at! Our room was squeaky clean! The staff were all so kind, polite, and smiling. I really especially enjoyed the gentleman who checked us in. The continental breakfast was also very good, for a hot hotel breakfast.

I feel like I never give hotels 5 stars. They always seem to have something wrong. This place is by far the exception to the rule! Check in was super fast and easy, the room was PHEONOMINAL and very very clean. The shower had a great shower head with lots of hot water with plenty of pressure. The towels were nice and the soaps and shampoos that were provided were great! In the morning the breakfast provided all looked great! We had breakfast plans elsewhere but I grabbed a banana and some milk. The fruit ALL looked fresh and ripe and the milk was crazy cold like it should be! Everything else that was set out looked just as good! Whenever I'm back in the Oconomowoc area I for sure will be staying here again!

Fantastic hotel! Seriously one of the best home away from home experiences I have had. It is in the best location for restaurants & shopping...all on foot. The lobby was clean, the variety of food for breakfast was awesome, the rooms are brand new and so much care put into the entire hotel to be sparkling and inviting. The pool and hot tub are a great size and again-clean! A huge TV and the large fridge in the room were also an added bonus. Stay here. Stop reading this and book it.

First, when we walked into the hotel it smelled very clean and the host at the desk was so friendly (which was impressive since it was midnight and we were just checking in.) The check in process was quick and easy! They also had beautiful holiday decorations up in the lobby and out front of the hotel it was nice to see. Then we went up to our room and we were impressed with how nice and clean it was. The next morning the continental breakfast was very good this morning and the breakfast eating and serving areas were both nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to others!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was totally updated, everything was clean, and the staff was friendly.

The beds were comfy, and the new furniture in the room was very useful - a good spot for luggage, hooks to hang things, etc. I also LOVED the blinds. I know that's a silly thing, but the way the blinds slid snugly into a "closed" position meant that they actually did a great job blocking the morning light and my kids slept a little longer. That meant *I* got to sleep a little longer too!

We look forward to staying again next time we're in the area.

I’ve stayed here twice and had a very good experience both times. All the front desk and housekeeping staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was hot and had a number of choices. The rooms, dining area and lobby were clean.

Rooms were great. Beds somewhat comfortable. The one thing that could be improved on is having a little more space for families bigger than 4. There was someone else who had a “big” family, and they fought with me over it. But I’d recommend!

Stayed here because the Delafield Hotel had full occupancy and they suggested the Holiday Inn. Very pleased with my experience staying here. The hotel was very clean, rooms are recently renovated, and service is offered with a smile. Their breakfast spread offered in the morning is quite impressive with plenty of vegan options. I’d stay here again when in town to visit family.
