Perfect Nails & Retreat

I LOVE this place! I live in New Albany and drive 30 minutes to come here. I always leave feeling great about my nails. I mostly see Julie(she is very talented and kind) but I have received services from the other professionals and have always been happy. I highly recommend Perfect Nails & Retreat.

Perfect Nails has been my "go-to" for the last year. They always do an amazing job on my nails and the staff here are so friendly and cheerful! They have a large selection of nail colors and glitter, plus nail art designs. The only downside is they can be very busy, and there is usually a pretty long wait.

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon for a while and was instantly drawn to this place based on the reviews and closeness to me. I walked in without an appointment around 2pm on a Saturday and was sat immediately. I’m unsure of the name of the woman who did my dip removal, but she was so kind and was able to give great advice on what service I should get for what I wanted. Tai did a fantastic job with shaping and the swirl artwork. I can’t wait for my next appointment! This will definitely be my new go-to nail spot!

I've been going here for the past several months and have been very happy with all of my services! Everyone there does a great job and I can typically walk-in without an appointment, which is great! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I came in on a Friday evening and had the best experience! The ladies were so sweet and did a great job getting my nails and cuticles looking great. I shared that it was my daughter’s birthday yesterday and they were celebrating a birthday in the shop and shared their birthday cake with us. Loved this salon, they seemed to have fun while being attentive to clients. We will be coming back again😊

HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE NAIL SALON!! I’ve been coming here for the past 4months and will NRVER go anywhere else again!! The entire staff is professional and friendly! Yes they can be busy sometimes but that’s literally everywhere you go, Plus them being busy is a good thing- that means people want their services (think about that) I never mind waiting for my turn to get helped, I’ve never had a bad experience with them the past 4 months I’ve been coming here and I get my nails done at least 2-3 times a month! I show them pictures of I want most of the time and they make it come to life! Thank you to all the staff at perfect nails and retreat for such great service!!

Kevin is my nail tech: AWESOME! he has so much patience because I am always messing with them and even though he hates when I do it. He fixes them. I just love his work!!!

Everyone was o nice and courteous. The pedicure was such a relaxing experience. My feet actually looked cute. Even after a month I was still getting compliments on my manicure. I plan on going back in the next week to get my nails balanced..
