Cool lawyers office

Jay Carson is going to be staring down the barrel of an ethics and malpractice lawsuit. He "represented" me against Sinclair Community College. He refused to fight for anything besides the ridiculously and insultingly low amount that the college offered. I even provided a recent case to show possible precedent and I just got ignored. The settlement took 5 months longer than I agreed to and I incurred many more damages due to that as well. Not only that, but it would appear that Mr. Carson willfully let a statute of limitations expire and then ignored my messages for over two months now. I was also talking to him about other legal issues which have now also been ignored. This attorney only represents what he wants and his and the state's own interests. I wish I could give him zero stars. 20k for 4 years of being kept out of colleges is insultingly low. I hope Mr. Carson has better representation than himself to defend against the incoming lawsuit.

Attorney Jack Mills associate with the law firm Wegman Hessler & Vanderburg provided his self serving representation which lines his own pockets. Jack dragged things out which created more billing hours. Jack Mills was very arrogant and very condescending. Jack was also very manipulating. Bad experience.
