Best Buy

It may be the best experience I've ever had at any Best Buy. The customer service was outstanding! Not to mention, I got there two minutes before they closed to get a game controller for my laptop and a travel charger for my Nintendo Switch. Not once did I feel rushed or made to feel like an inconvenience. A+++ in my book! I'll be going here from now on to get what I need.

I visited this Best Buy I believe on the Friday before Christmas to get my sons their big ticket items. I asked a young man, Caleb, for assistance. He was awesome! He explained everything to me in ways that I could understand, as I am not all that tech savvy, showed me the items I asked about or that he suggested and made me feel like I was the only person at the store on such a busy day. Again he was awesome! I would definitely return to work with him again.

Always love getting movies and electronics from Best buy. Love the customer service if something is not right. They did change their point program. Still trying to get use to it. I liked the old system better. All and all would always recommend my friends to shop there.

The car audio installer is phenomenal. They seemed overbooked but it was worth the wait. I have always done my own work since I was a young teenager installing car stereo equipment(since the mid 90's) on older friends cars and since then became a live sound audio engineer owning my own business. This is the first time I paid to have something installed Chris knew his stuff and is very passionate about his craft. This type of niche American craftsman is unfortunately rare these days. 6 stars

Honestly the best experience I have ever had at any BEST BUY. I went in looking for information on a new TV. My salesperson was Dylan H. He was so knowledgeable about every brand of TV …as well as sound systems. He really took his time and addressed every question I had and never made me feel rushed. I actually asked him “How do you know all this?” 😂 I usually have a very difficult time making decisions of this sort, but Dylan’s expertise had me not only walking out with a TV that was right for my family’s needs but with peace of mind that I made an informed decision. I wish that ALL customer service was this awesome! If you’re looking for a TV, go see Dylan H at Brookpark Best Buy. You will not be sorry!

After many years since our last TV purchase we needed alot of help to help decipher all the new features available and terminology being used. The Best Buy staff was very, very knowledgeable and helpful in making our purchase. It was definitely much better than going to Walmart, Target or Costco to make our purchase.

Had stereo speakers installed by Chris and was absolutely blown away by his attention to detail. The moment I walked in, he was meticulously cutting small strips of foam because he heard a "small rattle" coming from my window button. He continued to tell me he also did that for my door handles as well.

Chris noticed my door handle had been broken from previous work (not Best Buys doing) and wanted to make sure I knew about it and was able to get a picture in case I needed it for the future.

I was so inspired by the passion he showed for his job. You could tell by talking to him that he was passionate about what he does - but even more passionate about making his customers REALLY happy with the finished product. He took pride in his work which is something you just don't find today.

I honestly can't wait to come back for part 2 of my install - adding a few more larger speakers for more bass, which Chris guided me as to what I should order, based solely on our conversations about what I wanted. He took the time to go over pros and cons of each choice and discussed how I could get the most bang for my buck.

I honestly couldn't be happier. This man definitely deserves to be recognized.

Was here for the #WeLoveYou3000 tour for Anthony Russo and it was such a blast! The store seemed pretty cool and the employees were very helpful with our in-store pickups. Had a great time and the entire experience was worth it, even though it rained starting that afternoon...
