BUB was excellent! Professional,efficient, transparent, and just a pleasant human being. While we haven’t had the vehicle more than a day I can’t speak to that. I highly recommend BUB, the process is different than other dealerships in a positive experience.

I came to the dealership last Saturday. Rather skeptical because I was told "not to go there" by a couple of other dealerships. I'm glad I went. I was pleasantly surprised.

Clarence was such a fine gentleman to work with. It was a cold, wet day, but he was so willing to bring me several cars to look at . And Moe, the manager, worked diligently with Clarence to try to find exactly what I was looking for, and made me feel like I was the most important customer in there! Although they were not able to find a match in their current inventory with what I had in mind, I would highly recommend this dealership . They seemed very honest and fair. Jeremy Bushelon helped me get the car of my dreams, my very first car in my name that’s decent and not a $800 beater. We spent 6.5 hours together- he was so kind, thorough, personable, and he made sure with all his heart that I would leave with a car that I was happy with, but also comfy paying on monthly. Rasim was my sales person when I came in. While sincere, he was also straight to the point and didn’t pressure to get info from me, until I drove the car, gave my opinion, and talked about likes vs dislikes. He never pressured and contacted nonstop to get me in- everything was on my time. Great salesperson!

Came thinking there was no way I could get a new vehicle. But Jeremy Bushelon and his team made a way. As a women people down play you but not James he made sure I was informed not only my rights as a buyer but as moving forward if I decide in the future else where and everything he said was a fact. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. Purchasing a vehicle with the closest dealership an hour from home is a small leap of faith. However, the interaction I had with the team and the warranty provided gave me the confidence to replace my last new car purchase from 18 years ago!
