Giant Eagle Supermarket

Nice clean organized store. Staff was nice and had a quick checkout. Nice variety of meat cuts. Dairy department has plenty of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. The produce section is organized enough to make a purchase you were not even looking for. I opened and ate a few donuts when I remembered to take the photo at home.

It’s actually a great location. They had everything I needed a few days before. Holidays make it a little tougher to keep stock. But it’s clean and organized! Cashiers are very nice.

I love the fried chicken here. If you haven't had it, a 10 piece is 9.99, and it's worth it. The store is clean even though there is construction. Staff is friendly.

Went here because I wanted more of a selection. Out of all of the stores in Garfield Hts, The Eagle has more options than their competitors. You will pay a dime or two extra, but in the end it will be worth it.

I like Marc's for their great prices. I like Dave's because, well... who doesn't like Dave's?🤷‍♂. But Giant Eagle is the only 1 out of the 3 who have Graeter"s ice cream. Not only that, they have all of the newest Magnum ice cream bars,! Lady Gaga Oreos, Mike's Killer bread! I can go on for longer but you get the point!

I love to cook, so I come here to see what I dont know is out yet, and they are the only store in Garfield that has a 72oz. bag of Lucky Charms.( not pictured). And that was right next to the 72oz of Cinammon Toast Crunch. If you want it, better hurry up. I heard supplies were limited!

Check out what I got. Beefless burgers went hard! Just the right texture. Cauliflower rings were hittin on another level. Especially if you got a nice yum yum dip to go with. And you already know what that Graeters was talkin bout!!(Butter Pecan).

I know folks on a budget now more than ever, including myself, but when doing you shopping at least stop in to get something the other 2 might not have like chicken stuffing stuffed chicken breast🤯. I make it a happen to actually shop at and support. Good finds😁

Very nice store clean and spacious staff is fantastic especially prepared foods or the kitchen. I really enjoy shopping here nice variety of everything its especially produce

First time stopping in to this Giant Eagle ... but the wife needed a few things and I was in the neighborhood waiting for the son’s baseball practice to end. Located in the failed City View shopping strip way in the back past dozens of vacant big box storefronts (seeping methane gas caused the condemned status). Surprised at how large the supermarket was ... as well as the number of shoppers. Got everything I was looking for and was pleasantly surprised to see US Senator Sherrod Brown shopping with his wife ... and even bagging his own groceries.

Great store. We'll stocked. Great sales. Plenty of employees.

My favorite place to shop and I love the fresh vegetables and Deli meats . The fried chicken is delicious. I love the bakery as well. I just wish you would have a lower price on the big pack of ground turkey because I have to go Walmart for that sometime. I have to tell the trust about my reviews if I don't say something you won't know. A closed mouth don't get fed and with groceries getting more expensive you need a break somewhere. I am a senior with a fixed income, but keep up the good work and the cashiers and other staff are very nice and friendly. Miss Arlene I devoted customer.

Friendly people there's a guy at the front door he greet you when you come and always there when you leave very friendly. I haven't seen him the last two times I was there I hope he's ok. The store is always clean and organized.

awesome staff love this giant eagle. easy on and off the highway, plenty of parking and wide aisles. cant ask for much more in a grocery store.

Hidden gem of grocery stores. Helpful staff, clean, well stocked. One of the best birthday cakes around!

This evening Amber was the team member managing the front lines and self checkout and she was just so nice, helpful and, friendly.
I ended up having an unusual issue with my trunk while putting my groceries in my car and came back into the store, seeing if I could find something that could be a temporary fix so I could get home.
Amber ended up helping me again, as I was checking out and, I told her what was going; she immediately began to brainstorm a way to help me, without me even asking for help.
Beyond that she introduced me to another team member, Jennifer, and had me to tell her what was going on as well; after that, BOTH of them jumped right in to trying to figure out some way help so I could get home safely!
I am just so very thankful that there are still kind spirits, such as Amber and Jennifer, still in the world that are willing to help a stranger or just to offer a kind gesture.
But Jennifer did actually save the day for me, she cleverly found something that worked perfectly!
I absolutely believe in acknowledging excellent customer service and these ladies went above and beyond for me! Giant Eagle is a very fortunate company to have such amazing employees as Amber and Jennifer!

Nice clean store and got a genuine greeting upon entering. The people inside were all polite and the wait in line was fairly quick.

This location the employees are friendly and helpful. In the morning hours theirs a deli lady that will ask you if you'd like to sample the cold cut or cheese your getting. I personally Love that because a lot of people/places don't offer that anymore. The store is clean and well organized. Very wide selection of various food and other items. This location also has a big selection of wines and other spirits. They usually have at least 4 cashiers open for check out along with at least 3 self checkout open. Check out is a breeze at this location. Plenty of shopping carts. All in all a great place to shop. I have no complaints.

My first time there in some years. My shopping experience was a delight, good customer service and no long lines. Enjoyed it, will return. Also getgo gas station is down the road where you can get your gas perks!

I always enjoy my shopping experience here. I can't eat alot of sweets but when I need my fix, their bakery never disappoints. I also love their specials on probiotics and kombucha. Excellent budding vegan selection.

I know for a fact this is the greatest grocery store! The staff treatment of the customers is top notch, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Place is always stocked and clean, bathroom a pleasure to use. I feel safe from germs, which during this time is paramount for someone of any age.
