The furniture is quality and you actually see it, feel it, lie on the mattresses. Come in and see Robert. Mr. Robert came in on his day off to help us pick out bedroom furniture, end tables and coffee tables, TV stand, and a mattress. He was patient with us, and provided great customer service. Came in to get a living room set and was greeted nicely by the staff, no one was breathing down our neck, they just let us shop until we needed help. Mike was the one to take care of us and he was a pleasure to work with, he had our set wrapped up within a half hour and ready to take home! Also we got this couch for a steal! 70% marked down because it was an “as is” showroom set. Check out the clearance areas for the deals!

What a wonderful experience. No pushy sales person. Lenny was a very helpful salesman. From the time we walked in til sale completion next day. (We wanted to check our measurements.). Mike and Camille were amazing!!!! We walked in and he immediately greeted us and let us know about a couch that was just put on clearance. We walked around the store for a while but came back to that same couch and bought it the same day. He was friendly and informative customer service 15/10. Visited VCF on Brookpark Road. Very positive experience with salesman Rick C. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the furniture displayed. He explained all possibilities of color, texture, warrantees, manuel/power products etc. I would recommend stopping by if you are looking for furniture.

Tyler called me to surprise me with news of a credit from my unused warranty which was so courteous! However when I came in, the amazing Rick helped me with all of my requests and was so patient with me. I will definitely come back!!!!
