CVS

I always go to the CVS in Independence, Ohio. Everyone who works there is always helpful. I just stopped in today to update my Carepass. I think it's a great idea that CVS came up with. You either pay $5 a month or $48 for the year. You get $10 every month(like extra bucks) plus 20% off all CVS brands. Makes sense to sign up.

Great Service, helpful and problem solver if they don’t have something you need something better was there to buy for daisy meeting for 12 little daisy’s Christmas Cookies in a bucket and single wrapped. Girls loved them and they said they were yummy 😋 THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!

My experience was so excellent at this CVS the customer service with this one lady named Danielle was so awesome I had to write a review! The store was clean it was just an overall great experience thank you CVS

All the Pharmacist staff are great. You have to appreciate the pressure they are under and all the people they have to serve. I see a comment about a rude blonde. We disagree - she just takes her job seriously and is always helpful and precise if you ask her a question. Trust me, you want serious and precise in a Pharmacist :))

Great place to grab snacks!

I came here earlier today to get the second Covid19 vaccine. I was here theee weeks earlier to get the first dose. Two different Pharmacists, one for each dose, who administered the vaccine were very professional, friendly, caring, and answered my concerns and questions. As for the store, it’s clean and organized, though the prices are on the higher side. Overall I had very good experiences and will be back.

Love cvs but sometimes is Very long eait time

The blonde pharmacist was the rudest person I've met in a while. To get her attention I only said, "Pardon me" very politely to which she spins around and snaps at me that she will be with me in a second! Won't go here for meds again that's for sure.

Small CVS. Employees are never around to assist or ring out customers. Best to shop elsewhere if you think you will need help.

I work right next to CVS and love the convenience. What I don't like is that one of the cashiers always has to comment on what I buy. I wish I could just come in and not have someone comment on everything I buy. They just lost a customer. I'm going to Walgreens from now on.

I don’t think the bathrooms have been cleaned properly since the place was built. Cruddy and stinky. One of the worst bathrooms I’ve ever been in.

The newer staff (Jay or Jade whatever her name is) is extremely rude. I tried to make a joke and was returned with much rudeness. You should not work in customer service if you are going to be EXTREMELY rude to a regular who goes there like myself. Safe to say Walgreens down the street will be getting my business from now.

The cashier (red sloppy hair) there during the days is the most unhelpful staff member there. I went in trying to redeem coupons and she was not trying to scan my items nor try to help me determine which items qualified. This is crucial to a good customer service experience. I rather drive farther to a more helpful CVS.

The Pharmacists are very rude. They have been for years. My entire family has experienced the same rude behavior from them as well. We no longer use this pharmacy. Walgreens is a little further from us but they have a much friendlier staff.
