AT&T Store

I had a wonderful experience with both Toya and Tyler. When I first entered the store Toya approached with promptness, courtesy and professionalism. She initiated my transaction and then Tyler took over. The transition was smooth and not disruptive at all. Tyler was patient and professional. He walked me through all the promotions and options available and patiently helped me process all of the information. I enjoyed his customers service.

This is the only AT&T we go to. Today we came in and met Tyler to help us upgrade our phones & plan for our family. He was so personable and very knowledgeable and super quick to get us taken care of. He made the whole process fun & did everything for us from start to finish. We cannot recommend enough! Thank you!

Bought a Samsung 23 last Monday 2/11.
Tyler was my sales rep. He was very helpful
with the purchase of my new phone.
Took away my fears and anxieties for the

Dropped my phone and got a crack in the screen, contacted at&t/asurion insurance, scheduled a repair pretty quick and easily. Dropped the phone off and was repaired within about an hour, quick, easy, and painless. Only thing that sucks is that the location closest to me was about 40 minutes away (I live in akron and apparently we don't have a repair at&t shop there)

Yesterday, Sep. 22, went to AT&T store 6901 Rockside Rd, Independence Ohio to purchase our iPhone 15 Pro & Pro Max, had a totally great experience with the whole process, Drew, sales rep and technician helped me and my brother with our purchase, could not have been happier with his level of knowledge about the product and his patience in explaining the details of the 2 phones. In general we have been very happy with the service every time we have gone to that store, but my experience has been above and beyond expectations when Drew has been there to answer mine or my families questions. Totally recommend this store to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience today. Customer service is great I went and picked up some beats studio earbuds. Tyler was very knowledgeable about everything and all of my questions I would definitely recommend a store.

Tyler was an absolute delight to work with and was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He remained positive and upbeat even though I was having a very bad day. Tyler's sunny disposition helped pull me out of a place of frustration because I was needlessly sent to this store after visiting the store closest to my home. I am so grateful for my trek to this store because Tyler helped me solve a big part of my problem and kept me laughing. Please hire more employees like Ty-Ty!!!

Tyler in the independence, oh location is one of the absolute best sales man I've had an experience with. I have been in sales and trained teams for sales for over 20 years and I would not be shocked to hear if he were your best rep.. Tyler took the time to get to know me and my situation. I came in for a phone upgrade and a Apple Watch and by the time Tyler and I were done I have a account with 8 lines and protection on everything and I couldn't be more satisfied with everything..treat him well and ensure you see what he does because someone else will and if you lose him I'm willing to bet that location would take a big financial hit! Give him a raise!

Latoya was amazing in handling my voicemail issues and kept me in the know of what was taking place. Excellent customer service!!!

Went to the store to upgrade my iPhone and fix my wife’s old one. Tyler was very helpful and polite.

I needed to add a line to my plan. Latoya made the process as simple as possible. She even helped us find the transfer pin from the carrier that we were bringing over to AT&T. She was extremely knowledgeable not only on the phones but accessory too. We were able to trade in a old phone, get a new phone, transfer a number and update the new phone all in under 30min or so. She was super personable while still being professional. I don’t think I’ll ever go to any other AT&T besides this one 10000/10

Justin was very impressive in his ability to help me with my questions. He is very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. ATT is fortunate to have an excellent employee like Justin. I’m thankful he was available when I came in. Overall this store is very busy but all employees do a great job to process clients quickly. Excellent service.

I am not typically a person that leaves reviews.. EVER! But I had to take the time to say how fantastic Nicholas, Tim, and Tyler. They were the most professional, kind, and helpful sales reps I’ve ever encountered. I deeply appreciate them taking the time to help transfer and set up my new phone. Cherish them forever.
