Gerry is a great salesman. He is very knowledgeable and asks the right questions and makes good suggestions. We are looking forward to getting our guest room bed set delivered next week.

Aaron C. was a fantastic salesperson. We purchased a leather couch, sofa, coffee table, and two end tables. He showed us multiple options, colors, and was able to answer any questions my wife & I had.

Carrie was very helpful, and PATIENT. My mom and I sat on almost every sectional in the store, and measured just as many. She was helpful, but not overbearing. We ended up purchasing 2 furniture sets, and I greatly appreciated her help.

Ben Egan was outstanding in helping us choose a new couch, answering all our questions and later helping us custom order the same fabric for a chair we’re reupholstering. He couldn’t have been more pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

Found the perfect lazy boy recliner for the living room. Vilma was a great sales person. It was a quick sale and I’m sure we will be very sat with the purchase.

We liked that the salesperson didn't hover over us, but let us walk around the store. We looked at end tables and found what we liked. We had ordered some end tables at another store, and since we wanted 2, we were told that it would be about 2 to 3 weeks for them to arrive. Over 2 months later, no guarantee of when they would arrive. Here all we had to do is pick them up at the warehouse at our convenience. For us it was the next day. The pick-up process was safe, fast, and efficient. There was an unbelievable amount of end tables on display. The salesperson was helpful and no pressure which we appreciated and liked.

I had a great experience with Craig, he was friendly knowledgeable and very very non pushy ! Turns out the couch I had picked out several weeks ago was recently marked down over $800 as it was the last one . It was my number 2 choice out of 3 couches. Win win win . It now is # 1 and be delivered in less than 2 weeks !

About a week ago we went to Steinhafels looking for a few new pieces of furniture. They had a huge selection to offer. As we began our search, we were kindly greeted by an associate; Craig was excellent. We told him some ideas for what we looking for and he helped us every step of the way. At first he gave us some space to explore on our own and wasn’t overbearing or pushy. When we were ready, he gave us some great suggestions and shared his honest opinions. We didn’t initially find what we were looking for, but Craig continued to search around the store and online for something that was more suitable. In the end, he guided us to the perfect pieces for our new home. He even helped us remotely as we needed to make a last minute change to our order. I would recommend him to anyone visiting the store.
