NewGenOutlet.com

My husband purchased a product from NewGenOutlet and paid for it through Amazon. NewGenOutlet has not delivered the product. It is over a week late, It is 4 days since NewGenOutlet sent an email saying they had no product waiting to be picked up and they would look into it and get back to us. There is a shipping link for USPS. There is nothing showing that it was ever picked up by them.

They can keep our money or their product but both is not an option.

I purchased the Pro-Media 2.1 speaker set months ago. I did not get a wireless transmitter. So, I called the customer service number numerous times. Every time I obtained a request to leave a message. Although I have provided messages each time I called, I have never received a response back. I wonder if the business is a sham.
