Supercuts Germantown

I have a 12-year-old daughter who I have taken to many salons that are supposedly "better quality" and have had substandard results at all. I've come here many times in The past few years for her and I and have had nothing but a positive result. My daughter is very hard to please and Ora our stylist yesterday, 2/16/24, went above and beyond and did an amazing job. All of the other staff members were kind, funny and made our time there beyond enjoyable. I highly recommend Will definitely be back!

Took my three toddlers here today (ages 4, 3, and 2) and had a great experience (thankfully we were the only clients at the time). Both stylists worked so well with my kids and were patient and helpful. The two-year-old cried most of his haircut but the stylist kept working and didn't let it bother her. I will definitely bring them back! Thank you for great haircuts!

Today I went to the Supercuts location in Germantown for the first time. Though I go to the ACE and Jimmy John's stores all the time, I never noticed this Supercuts until recently. Y'all should put a sign outside!

Anyway, I was glad I did find it, because I found Nicole. She's a great stylist with a great personality to boot. When I told her I always go for a simple buzz cut, she was not having it. So I put her in charge :) The result was amazing - a very stylish new haircut that make me look years longer.

The reason I will go back to Nicole is not her great styling skills alone - she was funny, honest, sincere and hilarious all in the time span of 25 minutes that it took to get my haircut.

She told me she recently transferred from the Mequon location to this one in Germantown and that she is the manager here. If you've been to this location in the past and were not satisfied, give it another try. You'll find Nicole has put a new attitude to work here.

Krystina is amazing. Not only is her fashion and style unique and fly, but she is courteous, cool, and she knows how to style your hair. She listens to your needs, and executes, all while keeping you engaged in great conversation. Give her a raise AsAp. Thank you.

I was a walk in, visiting family and really needed to do something with my hair. Sara is very professional, knows her trade. Had a great conversation with her and my hair looks great. Best color and cut I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely be back in my next visit. Hopefully I can find someone as good as Sara where I live to keep to keep this going.

We started going to Nicole when she was at the Mequon location and followed her to the Germantown location- she is amazing! I can be very picky about my son and husband's haircut but Nicole does it perfectly everytime! She also gave us some really helpful tips on our daughter's hair! I HIGHLY recommend Nicole-she is the best!!!

I had a wonderful haircut by Sara today, enjoyed my visit very much. Jess was there too. Lovely conversation with both. They are very particular about keeping everything clean. All of us wore masks. I visited this location three separate times in early 2020 and was so disappointed after each haircut. Last night, I happen to notice new staff was there and thought to give it another try. So thankful that I did!! Nicole made the experience 5+ star! She listened and understood the style I wanted and executed that style to perfection. I had such an amazing experience at supercuts today. Anna and Shelly pampered me as if I was in a spa.. it was amazing.. Anna did such an amazing job on my hair cut, took 14 inches off and loving every minute of it!

I stopped into the Germantown location to ask for a donation to a local elementary school event that we are planning. Shelley was beyond helpful and more than happy to pick out products to donate. We are very thankful and beyond appreciative of the generous donation that we received. We thank you again for your generosity!

The whole family goes. Sarah M. has taken care of my kids, wife, and myself for over a decade! We have had to go to others at times, but, always came back to her to fix what others messed up. Does awesome work, listens and learns their customers needs and styles. Trust 3 people in this life with your care...your doctor, your mechanic, and Sarah at supercuts!
