I ordered the tsunami burger for me. My kids got fries and mini hot dogs, they split a bacon cheeseburger! They also had strawberry lemonade and green apple caramel lemonade! 😍 😋
The kids also had fun playing games on the kiosk on the table.
I would personally like to thank Trinity, which was our waitress. You gave us superb customer service! 👏

Went with my 9 and 13 year old kids. My 9 years old love going here because she can play games on the tablets. 13 years old love it for the food. We were seated promptly and our requests to change table was complied with with no issues. Didn't like the first table because my back was to the door. Got the 10" pizza and bone in wings with island heat sauce for appetizers. Both was delicious, the kids ate all the pizza but didn't like the wings so I had that all to myself. Love it, it came with jalapeño peppers and pineapple and some kind of sweet sauce. For our entre we had Cluck a doodle (chicken fingers) with sweet potato fries, crispy chicken sandwich, and scorpion gourmet burger. We all enjoyed our selection and the wait time for everything was good. Got there at 7:15 and was out by 8:30. This is not our first time here and it won't be the last either.

The food was hot and fresh, the server, Brandon was polite and very nice. The manager even made a special peach margarita that wasn't on the menu. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the appetizer was out and hot within 5 minutes. The restaurant was fairly busy. Brandon was serving 6 tables and it looked like everyone got their food hot and quickly. It was the best restaurant experience we've had in a very long time. A couple years ago we took the whole family and got a really nasty burger, the manager nagged and pestered me for 10 minutes about not wanting anything else. She literally leaned down in my face while my family and I were trying to relax and nagged me about not wanting anything else. We contacted corporate who basically said since they didn't charge us for the burger the matter was resolved. We got the message and didn't go back. My youngest wanted to try again today so I gave it a shot. The staff and management now are a professional team. I witnessed the manager coaching his team he was on top of the guests needs and the staff was very friendly and hard working.

Surprisingly, tasty and great service. It was my first time in this chain, and the server was great about making recommendations, and they brought out complimentary fries with 2 dipping sauces as a welcome. My BBQ burger was delicious and juicy, and I chose a side salad that was excellent (and pretty traditional). Sides are apparently bottomless refills here, BTW, but they include broccoli, which I found interesting. The music in the bar was a bit loud but I think that's my age showing. I'm glad I tried it, and I will probably be back. I can see how they differ from other chains.

Excellent food. Always fresh and properly prepared. Wait staff is always friendly. Some visits have long waits either getting a table or between waitress visits. Visit today was very attentive and responsive. Waited 5 minutes at the door before seeing the hostess. Prices are a bit high, but not disproportionate.

There was so many wonderful service there. Server got us to our table in 10 seconds. I've been to this very spectacular place so many times. Sometimes I get a plain pepperoni pizza and sometimes I get a plain hamburger. But on the 18th of April (4/18/24), I had a very marvelous plate of corn dogs with French fries. Had a very wonderful chocolate milkshake to go with that. Server gave us some very pleasing water. And napkins. Staff wasted zero time cooking our meal. Corn dogs tasted excellent. Fries were delightful. Chocolate shake was incredible. But the biggest and best surprise ever was that of the ice cream sundae, complete with sprinkles at the top and chocolate sauce at the bottom. Given everything I went through at dinner time, I have to say, staff was very kind and professional to me. Will never forget this.

We had a wonderful lunch experience and had the outdoor patio all to ourselves. The hostess even helped us move on umbrella for our table.
We had the best server we've had at a restaurant in quite a while. J4RED made us feel so welcome and comfortable we asked to speak with the manager, Tiffany, who was also very friendly and engaging. Excellent food and service. That's what restaurants are all about, not the hokey pokey.

I have always been a fan of Red Robin. I particularly enjoy bottomless fries. I was so happy to learn that Red Robin also now serves Donato's Pizza... especially since Donato's went out of business here in Northeast Ohio. Although bottomless fries are included with burgers they can be added to a Pizza. I was particularly impressed with the service on our last visit. Sofie brought out our food and fry refills promptly and is a good server.

Jared is a top-notch server!!! He provided excellent service and friendly engagement. We ate outside on the patio. We had a tremendous visit. Enjoyed talking with store manager, Tiffany, as well. The food is always delicious.

Great food, great selection (see sample photos of menu) and excellent service. First time eating here and enjoyed it completely. I dined alone, but the service was great and they didn't try to force me to eat at the bar. It's not inexpensive, but it is reasonably priced. Everything was clean and well cared for. Will definitely eat here again.

Red Robin has always been good and the Willoughby location has been a staple for dinner choices with my kids ever since they were younger. Great food options, multitude of bottomless basket choices and we have NEVER had bad service! Fun night out for sure!!!

I had a simple house salad. I was with a mother and her two children. The menu accommodated them well. One of the meals even had refills. Very kid friendly.

Our server Samantha made the experience the best. The food was great as always. Ask for Samantha to get taken care of! We appreciate the kindness, it goes a long way.

My nephew & I stopped there after leaving Cleveland Clinic. First time ever to eat a Red Robbin’s. We got seated quickly, ordered burgers for lunch. The manager came over & greeted us with a small basket of steak fries & 2 of their amazing sauces!! Food came out in no time & was delicious!! The staff were very friendly & I would definitely eat there again!! Thank you so much for great food & for the hospitality that your staff had!!

My friend ,her grandson and I arrived,were seated and waited on promptly. The food was excellent tasting. We will be going back again.

My sister, daughter and I dined here last Thursday evening. I was impressed with the service! No wait line at the hostess station.Server immediately approached me and my daughter at the table.My sister was already present and was waiting for our arrival.
Server immediately recommended her favorite burger( which was enough for 2 to share! ).Accompanied by the bottomless fries and a second side of salad,the meal was very accommodating! Daughter opted for the kid portion of pepperoni pizza.No complaints here! Many options to choose from.There are things you can add on and /or leave off.I was satisfied with what was presented to us at the table.
With that being said,the five stars I have given were well deserved! I will definitely be returning! Keep up the good work, Red Robin ! Thank you!

Love it there and awesome service! It was very busy, and it did take an hour before we were seated. But that is not the restaurants fault, just everyone wanted Red Robin at the same time lol. But once seated it was worth the wait my kids had a great time, delicious food, can't wait to go back....takes us about 1hr and a half to get there so we will have to wait until our schedule aren't so hectic again.
