I moved to the area so needed a new vet for my dog. They welcomed me in with open arms and were absolutely lovely to my pup! I feel confident in the work they do, every step is explained and my concerns for each appointment are addressed clearly and understandably. Both vet techs and vet spend plenty of time at each appointment, never feeling rushed and for all appointments, they’ve never been more than a few minutes late (which definitely is not what I’m used to for vets)! My dog adores the staff, I am able to schedule short notice appointments as well as yearly checkups without worry, and I feel knowledgeable about all steps of each appointment. Overall, I hope to continue being a regular client, and while they are pricier than other vets I have taken my dog to, I continue to be impressed by the quality of care and the experience as a whole. 10/10 recommend for all pet owners in the area!!

Experience was very good as usual. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and very good with my dog. They take the time to explain what would be best for the animals health and quality of life.

Dr Amanda has such a calming presence that was greatly appreciated when we needed her to come to our home. She made our children aware of what was going to happen to our dear Coco and was so comforting during the entire process. This is such a hard experience to handle, but I would highly recommend her to others as it was most peaceful for our family. Thank you Dr Amanda for your services!

Scheduling was very easy, every person I encountered was kind and polite, Brooke lifted my dog out of my car and put him back in for me, Dr Alex was kind and thorough and I never had to leave the exam room once I entered the building. Only downside was the charge for all the services seemed a bit higher then expected.

I’m so grateful we got in so quickly. I was so worried about my little guy. They treated him so well and took good care of him.

Dr. Alex was very patient with my dog. Knowledgeable and thorough. Got a little sticker shock on prices for shots, heartgaurd and nexguard but I'm sure like everything else inflation has some play in this.

My family dog has come to Germantown Animal Hospital since he was a puppy; he is now 14. We have never had a negative experience here. Now as an adult, I drive 25 minutes to take my kitties here because I trust them so much. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Dr. Alex is fantastic. He is filled with compassion and kindness. He properly diagnoses issues and has great follow up. The entire staff is very helpful.

We were brought in weeks before our appt with multiple attempts by the office to help us get a cancellation. Eddie had a fast and minimally stressful experience and diagnosis. The ladies in the office were SUPER helpful and nice! The Doctor was kind and got our cat the help he needed. So grateful!

Staff is kind. Very upfront about extra costs for procedures. My cats have gotten great care from Dr Alex and the caring staff.

The Vet Tech, Brooke, is the best part of the visit here. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and hard working. She has a true passion for her work and gives a good/comforting experience to each person and pet she interacts with.

I always feel like (2N) Glen gets the best care possible with the doctors. The technicians are all very knowledgeable and great at what they do as well.

Dog went in for eye infection was quickly diagnosed and is already improved with the medication. Staff is helpful and caring.

Dr. Ashley was great as well as all the staff!
