Applebee's Grill + Bar

My friend and I came in for Valentine’s Day before going to a concert for a little Galentines day celebration and we had Kelly who was FANTASTIC. She was so nice and took her time even with a completely full section. She handles her tables like an absolute QUEEN and we hope she gets to spend some time with her special someone after working her booty off for us. ❤❤❤

I came in with my kids. I could see it was super busy but everyone was working so hard. We had Gabby as a server. Top notch. She was so patient and amazing with my kids. Not to mention despite seeing her running other food and helping behind the bar she was constantly checking on us. She also seemed to know a lot about the menu and bar drinks.

I had the ribeye - it was cooked perfectly. Kids had the Mac and cheese which you can’t go wrong.

We had a manager ( I believe her name was Jen) stop by. Very helpful.

Overall the mentor location seems to have a really strong team and the food was amazing.

this place has definitely gotten better over the past year and i love to see it! i was hoping covid wouldn't have been it's downfall, i love applebees!

Me and my wife loved the whole experience perfect food perfect employees and perfect environment An I love there mountain dew berry blast it's Applebee's only me and my wife have been here for date night i say 7 times every time been same and sometimes I go there just for there very own mountain dew berry blast and most of the time they don't charge me one of the best places I'm speaking for Applebee's in mentor ohio and Ashtabula Ohio

I absolutely love this place, the servers are absolutely amazing, staff are very helpful and attend to you very quickly and there very friendly…. Shoutout to gabby for doing such an amazing job and making such an amazing drink….. definitely my new spot in town

Food was very good good experience met the new manager she was extremely polite and definitely seem to care about the customers we will most definitely continue to be going there very impressed with how this Applebee's has turned things around there was a time we would not go there and it's very nice restaurant now.

The service was 100% .they refill our water with out asking for a refill.me and my family placed our order and was out 15 minutes later I would be going back

Stopped for a quick lunch on a Monday afternoon. Clean, friendly, good food at a decent price. Christian was our waiter and was very kind.

Although they were busy, understaffed and being a Sunday evening short on some items (busy weekend) Victor and staff were awesome! Love the food. Applebees will still be a family favorite.

Our server, maybe the manager, was very good on Thursday afternoon with us and my husband's parents. Super kind. 9.7.23

This place is great. Came in at 945pm and we were seated right away and our food was hot and fast. Our server, Desiree was amazing and the night manager was visible and helping out everywhere.

We've always loved eating here. And we've done more take out since Covid. But that shouldn't change the way orders are done. Everything should be prepared the same if I'm eating in or taking it home. Who likes to find out after getting home the food isn't cooked the way you asked? I got stone cold food and that was AFTER them fixing the order. The manager did take care of us but I would have preferred to have hot food. ( I live 10 minutes away) Thank you 🙂

Went here on a lunch date with my kiddo. Jason was our server and he was hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had . He took care of anything we needed , and made sure our special order burger was made right! Thanks so much for a great experience at Applebees!

Applebee's catches alot of flack for being cheap, microwaved food. I absolutely love applebee's food. Always great
