The helpfulness of Kaylee today was beyond a great experience! She made sure I had everything I needed and that I didn't go too overboard 😂 anything I needed she had me covered. The whole crew today was upbeat and very positive/personable! Thank you!

Friendly staff and good selection. great balloons for birthdays

At 11:45am the Willoughby store said they couldn't blow up 5 balloons until after 3pm. With our daughter's 8th birthday party at 1pm we needed these balloons. I called this location and the manager said that they would be glad to help. We drove there, were treated so well, We will drive from Willowick to Mentor from now on. Thank you for saving her party MENTOR!

Wow they have everything

So when i went here to pick up my daughter's balloons they were out of the one we wanted. So atlast minute they switched with another and gave us a full refund and gave us all the balloons that they did have. That was excellent customer service.

A friend and I were just in to this location for a couple things and we have to applaud Gabe on his fantastic attitude while he and one other person were swamped with customers. He still made it a point to joke and laugh with each customer even though I’m sure they were very overwhelmed. Thanks Gabe!
