IHOP

These were the BEST Pancakes I have had in my life. Literally I have been occasionally going to different diners and different locations like Dennys and other IHOPS but everytime my pancakes would be hard, thin and terrible even when I sent them back and got them remade... but at THIS location they know how to make pancakes!!! It was AMAZING, Our waiter was friendly to! I Highly recommend the Vanilla Spice pancakes 🥞🥞🥞

Good service, food was fresh and delicious! Wasn’t busy at all, we were seated right away. Location is near freeway, it’s worth the drive for a clean dining room and kind servers.

Service was quick and the food was good.. Great waitress and a nice family restaurant. I will visit again. This I HOPE looked a little different than what I am used to seeing in a very good way and much cleaner because there was no carpet on the floors I think it was laminet wood flooring. Nice touch!.

My neighbor Billy used to work here. I've attached a picture of this nosy know it all narcissistic jerkoff. I remember when this place was a Hometown buffet. But anyway Bill Therear penetrates himself rectally with IHOP sausages ok.

Had a horrible experience at Denny's so left there and went to IHOP and the service was great and fast. They are friendly and fast.

The customer service here was phenomenal! Our friends arrived before we did and requested a high chair for the baby. We have our own that clips onto the table and therefore prefer a booth so we can be around him. They very quickly moved us and got us situated! The food was also great!

We come here every Christmas Eve after getting our Christmas ham from the Ham shop in the same plaza. Always a fantastic experience. Our one year old loved her food and all the folks ogling at her. Food was hot and tasty and fresh coffee was perfect.

They have truely improved. They're busy?, but quickly seated. The staff is attentive and keeper up with drinks.. the food was good and it in a reasonable time. Glad to have IHOP back! Will be back soon.

Very clean, friendly staff & our food can out in a timely manner. Dee was our waitress and she was amazing, accommodated all of my extra needs to make sure that we were satisfied.
Don't go to the Denny's out there, you would be wasting your time... IHOP menu and service is MUCH BETTER!

Very quiet, really enjoyed my meal. Kids had a blast the entire staff was excellent!! From being seated to bidding us a good night as we left. If it wasn’t so far from where I currently live I’d go there at least 2x a month!!

Our server, Dee provided the best service I've ever had at any restaurant anywhere ever. My family enjoyed the food, the place was clean, and staff was all friendly. But Dee really stood out! If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely be returning!

I have eaten out so many times during the course of my life, and I must say that today I had the best service from a waiter I have ever received! Bradd (with two d’s) waited on me and my friend and was absolutely incredible. He was so nice, genuine, and helpful, I’ve never seen anything like it! The Ihop restaurant itself here in willoughby is lacking in terms of food quality and cleanliness. Bradd’s exceptional service and fun personality makes me want to go back though. Ihop, you have no idea how lucky you are to have Bradd as a waiter. I suggest you give him a raise today, and you better treat him with respect, cuz if you lose him, your restaurant is out of luck.

There was only one waitress but she did her job very well making sure people was seated properly taking orders giving orders out I would definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to get a great meal the cook made our food to perfection I gave both the cook an waitress a decent tip

Great Server Kristin , Great Attitude. Positive Experience . No Errors Everything Was Great And She Checked On Us Multiple Times To Make Sure Everything Was Ok , Everything Tasted Fine And If We Needed Anything! The Customer Service That Everyone Should Give. Great Worker! Keep Up The Good Work!

Destiny was a delight to be served by. Very friendly, accommodating. And upbeat. Food was excellent. They also apologized for the order for being wrong and took it off the bill after fixing it.

The staff is awsome! My server Lindsey was attentive and friendly. We had a hiccup with my meal and the manager simply comped that portion of the meal.

Generally good, you can now fine inside. I had "chicken and waffles", which should be called "chicken with waffles". It was good but not like I have had in the South.

It was busy it seemed like it was short-handed but the food was good. And the waitress likes to have conversations. I enjoyed that
