We called the dealership and spoke to David Schulz. We drove up from Poland, Ohio which is a 90 minute drive. We were greeted outside by David. We were very impressed with him. He showed us the A5 convertible and then took it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about this car. He was very friendly, no pressure, and assisted us in closing the deal. Scott has taken care of us almost every time we have been in. From oil changes, to replacing the thermostat and water pump. Scott and Audi Mentor have done an excellent job with our vehicle. He calls with any updates that are discovered, and has all possible answer you may have ready at hand. I receive emails with a video walk through of my vehicle, even for simple things like an oil change.
